Unser Ferienhaus ist Familienfreundlich, liegt mitten in der Natur. Es gibt sehr viele schöne Rad und Wanderwege. Die Stadt St. Vith ist nur 5 km entfernt für kleine Besorgungen. Die Rennstrecke von (Spa) Francorchamps ist nur 20 min entfernt, ebenfalls ist der See von Bütgenbach auch nur 25 min entfernt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich 15 min von Malmedy entfernt. Sie profitieren von Privatparkplätzen an der Unterkunft und kostenfreiem WLAN. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten, einen Flachbild-Sat-TV (französische - flämische - deutsche Sender) und eine ausgestattete Küche mit, einem Kühl und Gerfrierschrank und einem Kochfeld. Sehr schöne FeWo mit Whirlpool+ Außensauna (Nutzung nicht im Preis enthalten, bitte Inserat vollständig lesen ), großer Terrasse und Massagesessel. Sehr schönes Schlafzi. Küche, Wohnzimmer u. Esszimmer in einem Raum vorhanden. Frühstück kann dazu gebucht werden. (für nur12, 50Euro pro Person ) Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Fußsprudelbad und Fußmassagegerät vorhanden. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt! Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucher Whg. Wir bitten die Gäste nur im Außenbereich zu rauchen.

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
