Lakefront Cottage on Tracy Pond, New Hampshire

Lakefront private cottage right on 47 acre Tracy pond. This pond has no public access so it is very quiet with only my home and another Air BnB rental on the 25 acre parcel. Loons, eagle, deer, otter and beaver are around. It has a fully equipped kitchen, deck and gas grill along with a stone firepit. Minutes to Bangor airport and downtown and one hour to Acadia National Park. You can swim and boat on the pond with kayaks and a canoe provided. Pets welcome but keep on leash and clean up after.

We feel that the best way to describe our getaway to be “Rustic Elegance”. When you walk through the door you will instantly feel the warmth of a uniquely styled Adirondack cottage. Located nearby to the Acadia Highway (aka Route 1), we are close by to historic Fort Knox, Castine, and Acadia. Enjoy our attached “Greenhouse” which has been made over into a delightful screenhouse/patio, the country setting, blueberry fields, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Welcome to 40 Water Street in historic Winterport, Maine. We are located on a quiet street just steps away from the Penobscot River. This house is so centrally located, it’s only 52 miles to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, 21 miles to Belfast and 40 miles to Camden just to name a few of the beautiful coastal towns in Maine. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full. There is one full bath. The kitchen and living room are open concept with a t.v. in the living room.

We have an adorable rustic & comfy tiny house; warm & cozy, with a big queen bed AC & heater. There is a fridge, tea kettle, toaster oven & stovetop. We have a newly constructed shower room, pictures coming! There's a simple composting toilet indoors which works well & smells not at all. NO INDOOR PLUMBING but we supply drinking/cooking/washing water & there is a sink that drains. If you have more people & your own camping equipment, we have ample room for tents. additional $10/person.

At night spend time by the campfire and take in the stunning night sky. Party and events are not allowed at this time due to COVID-19 policies.

It's location is perfect to explore greater Penobscot Bay region, Acadia National Park, and it sits in the heart of mid-coast Maine. It is beautiful, friendly, and a perfect place to be.

Little Log Cabin near Bangor

Cozy little log cabin located right on Rt1 (a 10-15 minute straight drive into downtown Bangor). The front yard has a parking area and faces the road (not pretty) but the back yard features a large farm pond and abundant natural wildlife (very pretty). ***We are on a main road. You will hear/see cars driving by. If you want to be out in the sticks with complete silence, this is not the place for you! ***There is no place for a fire pit here. The trees are too close 🌲

My wife says hands down the best AirBNB experience she has had! The property was beautiful and a great location. The host provided a detailed list of local restaurants and things to do which was very helpful. Getting an Uber to the wedding venue was tough so the host even offered ride services for an extra cost. We were so grateful!! The homemade blueberry muffins and pile of snacks were such a nice touch too. I really hope we get to have the opportunity to travel back to Winterport again to stay here again in the future. Thank you Michelle!

Spent a relaxing long weekend at the cabin. Idyllic location right on the water with plenty to do outside. We enjoyed making fires, fishing, and exploring in the canoe. Inside, the cabin was thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. Camden is nearby for a nice dinner or a stroll and shopping downtown. Acadia is also close enough for a day trip. Checkin/checkout was very straightforward, and the host was helpful and quick to answer any questions. Hope to visit again!

Loved this place! Small but just enough space for quick trip! Had everything I needed and more! Anna helped me with questions and concerns - it was my first time staying at a camper. Although the owners live on location, I found it private and also felt safer knowing they were around! Amazing experience and hoping to come back again.
