Vacation rentals with a patio in Windham

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the patio in the mornings and cooking meals in the kitchen. The place was clean and just what we needed for the week. Victoria and Tanner were also very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. We would come back!

John was responsive and flexible. The area was quiet, an easy walk to the water and close to some nice restaurants. Also, an easy and quick ride to downtown. His place was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are visiting Portland.

This was a great place to accommodate five or six people. The kitchen was well equipped with all the tools we needed to cook at home, including several spices. We enjoyed a lovely patio to sit on in the back. There were a few board games available that we enjoyed. This was a great option!

Perfect spot to stay in when you’re in Portland- even for just a night! This place felt clean, private, quiet and was in a great location. 100% will book here again if it’s available next time I have a Portland trip!

We loved staying here! It was extremely clean and close to Wells, Kennebunk, & Kennebunkport. I appreciated Rachel’s quick responses to my questions that I had too! I hope to return again in the future the next time I am in ME.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Everything was as described and more! With a wonderful location close to town, good privacy, and so much space inside with many commodities we wouldn’t even think of. Even our dog had a fun filled week with us. We hope to visit again, it’s just the perfect home away from home. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay.

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

This home is beautifully designed and located high above the water, affording a spectacular view of the ocean. It is spacious and well appointed for entertaining. We had a lovely time with our adult children who appreciated the sunny deck and fire pit. We absolutely plan to return again in the future.

We had family in town for graduation and Amy’s place checked all the boxes for us. Plenty of room to spread out yet still be together. The bedrooms were roomy and cozy. Our little nephew loved the well-stocked bookcase that allowed him to have a different story every night. The trampoline and outside space were wonderful. We even used the barbecue. Would definitely recommend!

The time that I spent at Julie’s camp was amazing! It was even better than described! Julie thought of everything from sharing restaurants and things to do; an awesome multi-device charging station; and even a welcome snack basket and bottle of wine. My pup, Gracie, had a great time as well scouting all the waterfowl on the lake and just having some good country fun. I hope to get back to Julie’s amazing camp at the end of the summer. It’s a real gem as is the host, Julie.

Steven was quick to respond, the Saco river farm house was very cozy, clean well furnished with little amenities like phone chargers, coffee, fire pit, and even a mosquito zapper! it’s the little things for me! The house is well maintained inside and out, everything worked great from stove to dishwasher, wall outlets and plumbing was smooth, great atmosphere inside and out, beautiful decor super comfortable beds, i highly recommend this house to all who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle for a weekend, great location plenty to do in the surrounding areas!

Great long weekend stay! Location perfect for trail/gravel biking, hiking, waterfall searching, and fly fishing! Perfect for 2…..great views to Doublehead and black mts. Accommodations were perfect. Kitchen stocked with essentials, large bathroom w separate jet tub…..and adequate hot water capacity to run it. Recommend highly.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. It was our first time renting an Airbnb. I have no complaints. On the contrary, everything was perfect. We loved the apartment, the view of the mountains, and the owner treated me super friendly. My family and I had a great time.

There was so much to do! The condo was so clean, and had everything we need. Lorraine left us a little welcome package, which was so incredibly thoughtful. The location was perfect. Staying with kids- it was perfect for storyland, the aquarium and santas village. I am already checking dates for next years trip! Thank you Lorraine and Kevin for a fantastic time!
