A really terrific, historic Farm House in a beautiful setting...quiet and peaceful, yet only about 10 minutes to Newfane village. Lots of room to spread out, comfortable furnishings. Host and manager were easy to communicate with, fast responses. Would definitely repeat when in the area.

Great house, amazing location near Stratton, and Matthew was just great. He was super communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. We'd love to return again.

The Sugar House was a fantastic place to stay! It was quiet and peaceful and there was a ton to explore in Burlington VT. The house had a lot of charm. it was cozy, warm, and had everything we needed for the weekend!

We had a wonderful stay here for our weekend ski trip! The place was beautiful and had everything we needed and the area was so peaceful. Just make sure to prepare to lose service in the area, but once you get there the WiFi is great! The hosts were very communicative and proactive about a snow storm that hit during our stay as well. We would love to visit again!

We had a great stay at Lilac Ridge! The house was near and spacious, plenty of room for our family. We stayed in quite a bit and enjoyed the farm (including a visit with the calves!) and the house. The little farm stand had some nice things, including fresh eggs, maple syrup, honey, and soap, all local. Ross and Amanda were super responsive and took care of all our needs. Thanks so much!

This was my second stay at Erica and Leslie's airbnb. I hope to return....I really enjoy being there....it is comfortable and just a charming place. Erica is very responsive...communication with her is easy.

Our group of 8 stayed for a week to ski Stratton and Mt Snow. The house was cozy and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were there during a snow storm but didn’t have to worry about shoveling. The driveway and road were both cleared before wanted to leave in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place so much I stayed on for a second week! The perfect place for a quiet, peaceful, creative retreat. Michelle is a very gracious host, and this lovely little place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Echoing what others have said about arrival — there’s very limited (or no) cell service in the area, so take screenshots of the directions before you travel. Wifi in the stables was excellent. I had multiple video calls during my stay and never had an issue.

Our family of 11 had a great time at this beautiful home during the Thanksgiving holiday. The views of the pond were incredible, especially after it snowed, and the hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. There was plenty of room for us all and we highly enjoyed our stay. I just want to thank Kristen again, she was an amazing host! Her home is absolutely gorgeous, we felt so comfortable and happy staying here. Clean, cozy & comfortable. We traveled with 8 people and 2 babies. We fit perfectly in this home. We enjoyed the fire pit out back, family style dinners and game nights where we all fit in the same room was perfect. Our stay was perfect. Also, there’s a pizza/bowling and an escape room nearby. Let’s also not forget the views, waking up to seeing the white farm across the river was a sweet little treat every morning.

Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough about this amazing home. The amenities were outstanding. I wish the weather was a little better and we could’ve taken full advantage of what this house had to offer. For once our children and grandchildren were not bored the video arcades the board games and the outdoor games kept them fully entertained. Eric was an amazing host always there when we needed him, but not overbearing. We cannot thank him enough. Agnes Munoz-Schultz

Great cozy stay for a little family getaway with our two kiddos and pup. Our toddler and pup loved romping on the property in mud season. The house is lovely and the bedrooms are beautiful. The town is about 15 mins away with an amazing bookshop and bakery. Of note; the area isn’t super walkable-lots of blind corners and no side walk (as expected!) and the property isn’t really big enough for long walks/runs - important to note if you are hoping for runs/dog walks :) although there are lovely trails in the area! Also, the road is close to the house and there are lots of paint chips in the dirt around the house-only matters if you have a dirt obsessed toddler :) Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay!

We had an incredible stay—exactly what we needed for a peaceful weekend away from the city. The farm setting and the beauty of Vermont made it so special. Catherine went above and beyond by purchasing hiking guidebooks for us after we mentioned our interest in local trails. Thanks to her, we found some amazing hikes that made the weekend even better. The food and drink recommendations were spot-on, and the home itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The little kitchen had everything we needed, including a microwave, toaster oven, and mini stove. Also, the bed is extremely. There were playing cards and cozy blankets for when we spent our last night settled in. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and Kathryn’s warm, welcoming presence made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to come back!

Bent Apple Farm is the second property of Ben and Loana’s that I have visited. As expected it meet/exceeding my hopes for a little nature getaway. Londonderry is a beautiful little town with lots of possibilities for kayaking, hiking and grabbing a bit to eat when out. When you’re at the treehouse you can kick back on the outdoor swing, hammock, by the fire or in the hot tub that looks out at the mountainous landscape. My bf and I spent our time cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, watching movies when it rained, and sipping coffee while the sun rose and set. Can’t wait to revisit and check out other/future properties by these lovely hosts! Thank you again :)

My favorite home away from home. I love this house. I love the location, so glad we found it.

Great stay from beginning to end: house was spacious, clean, well appointed and kitchen well stocked; clear and proactive communication. Dryer came in handy to dry kids clothing after they enjoyed playing in the snow. Appreciate that the heat was turned on well in advance of our arrival. Location is perfect for enjoying the outdoors, close to Mount Snow ski resort, and Wilmington. There is a local market a few yards away too. Everyone in the family loved the place and is looking forward to a return trip.

My family and I enjoyed four days at the cabin, and it was exactly what we needed! Couldn't have been happier with our stay. We enjoyed the property's seclusion but also that it wasn't too far from several towns and ski resorts--truly a win-win. Would definitely come back.

Most peaceful, beautiful and spacious cabin. Enjoyed the outside fire pit and the inside wood fireplace so much. Plenty of wood provided. The land made for a gorgeous setting. Dorothy went above and beyond on communicating. Loved it and would go back.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Rafael's condo. The space was very clean and comfy, and exactly matched the description and photos posted here. The fireplace was a great draw, too. If you're planning on skiing at Mt. Snow, the Moover shuttle bus stop is located right outside of this building, which made for a very convenient and quick way to get to Mt. Snow for my family of 4. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Had a nice stay! I was attending my brothers wedding onsite and this place is just steps away from the venue. It was much more convenient to stay here than book a hotel. As a plus the property is beautiful, the farmstand store is adorable and the fresh donuts right outside were nice touches. A few things I didnt care for was the rule that you can't eat or drink outside of the kitchen. I had my infant daughter with me and it was a real pain to have to bring her downstairs with me everytime I was thirsty. Ive never seen this rule at any other property Ive stayed at. There was also a hose across the back porch which made a tripping hazard if you used that door. As a warning, there's a public bathroom sharing a wall with the kitchen so youll be eating and hear people peeing etc if it's quiet. Also be careful booking with young children, theres steps between the livingroom, stairs and bedroom and I wouldve felt nervous about it with a toddler. Overall pretty clean and a nice stay!
