It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnbereich mit Küche und Essplatz, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Ausziehbett sowie einer Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang mit Garderobe, der ausreichend Platz für Fahrräder und Kinderwagen bietet. Ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz ist in dem Wohnbereich integriert. Eine Terasse mit Essplatz und Blick ins Grüne gehört dazu.

An attractive shower room, a small hallway and a sun terrace complete the apartment.

You will stay in a historic half-timbered house from 1717. The house is part of a listed farm, consisting of the advertised main building, stables, barn, garden, courtyard with large gate, as well as an annex also advertised as a vacation home. The farm is located in a small community in the beautiful Southern Palatinate - we are happy to accommodate you as our guests. Parties do not fit the ambiance and are therefore not desired.

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Cozy apartment in a former winemaker's house

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.

Diese stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt jeder Pfalzreise. Beim kernsanieren des vor 1855 gebauten Fachwerkhauses wurde auf die Verwendung von Naturmaterialen geachtet und es entstand eine wunderbare Symbiose von traditionellen und modernen Bestandteilen.
