We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge your batteries. For me – Janine, a trained hotel manager – it is particularly important to bring people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with the family or simply in nature. Whether alone, as a couple or with children: our cottage invites you to switch off, feel, pause. A place to find yourself (again) – and to celebrate life.

Vacation home surrounded by nature

If you are looking for peace, you will find it here! Our modern vacation home (85 m²) is located on the outer edge of the idyllic NRW gold village of Benroth, in the middle of the Bergisches Land (about 50 km east of Cologne). Surrounded by forest and meadow, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, mushroom and berry pickers will get their money's worth. An inspirational space for creative people! First rental in 2020 as a holiday home, in a historic courtyard ensemble. For 2 (max 4) guests, 56 m2 living space. Ground floor: hallway, living area with dining table and fireplace, sofa bed, kitchenette with oven and hotplates, original shower room. 1st floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, with attic: farmer's bed, clothes board, sofa, TV. Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. In winter, a fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere. Modern Internet connection, TV via satellite system. Sparkling water maker available

Bright room of about 16 square meters with separate entrance and private bathroom. Free parking is available right in front of the house. The room is equipped with a 1.60 bed and has a TV with firestick, kettle, coffee capsule machine, fridge, microwave and Wi-Fi access. There is a chest of drawers and a shelf for storage. In the hallway there is a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Towels and linens are included

Small cottage with distant views of the Oberbergisches Land

Here you can stay in a small detached house with 1000 sqm fenced property and distant views over the Ober-Bergisches Land. The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

The house was built in 1750 and is located in Engelskirchen Bickenbach. Enjoy the charm of the 250-year-old oak timber frame paired with modern building materials and high-quality furnishings. Whether you are looking for relaxation in the beautiful "Bergisches Land," visiting the Cologne Fair or friends in our region or traveling for business, you will feel comfortable in our vacation home. The house can accommodate 4-6 people.

Vacation in the heart of Rhöndorf

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.

Dat Hexenhus - Small break in the Bergisches Land

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.

Bright, beautiful apartment in Gummersbach. Features a double bedroom (approx. 1.50 wide) for 2 people, a large living room with a couch and a sofa bed for 2 people. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. NO kitchen, but dishes, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, kettle, toaster and a microwave with grill. Free parking, by arrangement on the property or in front of it.

Coachman's house in the Bergisches Land

The historic coach house is located in the center of Lindlar, yet in a quiet and natural environment. It was completely restored in 2006 in a traditional construction according to the rules of monument protection.
