You get the WHOLE bunkhouse when renting. Please follow directions for location of bunkhouse and parking because the GPS won’t get you there. Small bunkhouse located on acres of ranchland. We are around 20 minutes from 95, with lots of room to relax. Join us at Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Co. Riding lessons available for additional fee! Want to bring a horse? Nice updated efficiency apartment located in the pool house at the Scarborough House in rural Stantonsburg. ~20 min from I-95, restaurants, shopping areas in Wilson, 25 min to Greenville, 30 min to Rocky Mount. House is inside the pool area - not suitable for families with small children or anyone who cannot swim as this house is inside the gate. Private one bedroom guest house with kitchen, bedroom, full bathroom, plus access to laundry room in a newly renovated farm guest house. This is a private house with separate entrance on 15 acres of property. There are two other tiny houses for guests near this guest house, a family home, and two garage apartments on the property as well.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Cozy Coop Barn Apartment on Hobby Farm

Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.

Set in the country for a Peaceful setting where you can hear the birds sing and see our beautiful flowers and enjoy sitting on the front porch and relaxing. We are set up as a Bed & Breakfast called Antler & Oak in Franklin County just north of Raleigh and East of Wake Forest. The place is 100 years old, renovated the front portion for use to accommodate guests. You have full access to the space including a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths.
