This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Enjoy small-town Ohio at this peaceful and centrally located second-floor apartment 4 blocks from downtown Wilmington. Everything has been remodeled, with an all-new kitchenette and a fully refurbished bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for one or two people! The twin-size sofa bed can also accommodate a third person. Your dogs are welcome here. We have a fully fenced backyard with a firepit and patio table so you can enjoy the outdoors. We’re a 10-minute drive from the WEC and the Rogers Center.
