Surrounded by streams, biotope and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modern restored mill property in Bauhaus style with proximity to the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with a sauna, hot tub, sun loungers and fireplace. From the bathroom/shower you have a direct view of the mill's waterfall.

An enchanting oasis of calm near the small fishing village of Steinhude and only 40 minutes away from Hanover. Spend a few relaxing days here and enjoy the excursion-rich recreational area. The apartment is only 250 meters from Lake Steinhude and is located directly on the Lake Steinhude circular path.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Our lovingly renovated 100-year-old house is centrally located in Steinhude, but quietly on a side street. In a cozy apartment and in the natural garden there is space to be alone and to unwind. Shopping and breakfast options, public transport and a beautiful playground are only a 3-minute walk away, to the water 7 minutes, to the swimming island 15 minutes. There are many excursion opportunities in and around Steinhude, even in bad weather.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the Steinhuder Meer

We had a great stay at Carola's. The apartment is fantastically located. Through the garden, you have access to the waterfront path and are directly on the water in a few steps. There are great restaurants, a playground and a beautiful beach in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is very cozy and was very clean. You need everything you need is on site. You feel right at home. A special highlight is the cozy balcony with a great view. Parking is available right in front of the house on the private property. Everything exactly matched the photos and descriptions. Carola is a fantastic host. Communication has always been fast. We have already received all the important information in advance. On site, Carola welcomed us very warmly, took a lot of time for explanations and gave us great tips. She did everything to make us feel completely comfortable and was always approachable. We will be very happy to come back 🙂

Very nice, tasteful and thoughtful decor. High-quality and lavishly equipped kitchen. The house offers a lot of space and at the same time privacy with the spacious all-round garden. Beautiful open architecture with lots of floor-to-ceiling windows facing the garden. We felt very comfortable.

I was with my mother and my little son for a short vacation at Steinhuder Meer and we felt very comfortable at the place! Everything new, modern, clean and practically furnished. Good location, large garden, all around good. We would come back!
