Fun in the sun in this single family ranch-style home! We are LESS THAN a block to the beach & boards! We offer 3 full BA & 5 BR. The 5th BR is an efficiency with a private entrance & kitchenette. A new queen sleeper sofa is in this space. This roomy beach house has 5 bunk beds so it’s perfect for families with children. We offer a full stocked kitchen including a Keurig duo, glass blender, toaster oven, crockpot. Park 2/3 cars in the driveway. Enjoy the backyard & front porch as well.

From our decks overlooking the Delaware Bay enjoy the best Sunsets this side of Key West along with occasional Dolphins, Bald Eagles and a large variety of migrating birds. Take long walks on the beach relaxing to the sound of the waves and seagulls. Enjoy not only the bay but also all the wildlife activity in the dunes right in front of the house.
