The spacious house is located at an altitude on the slopes of the legendary Semmering. Surrounded by beautiful nature and blessed with wonderful views, the house leaves nothing to be desired: 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with tasteful dining area, living room that invites you to linger, relaxing sauna and garden with seating area. The region is a paradise for skiers, hikers, mountain bikers & nature lovers. Nearest ski lift and supermarket 5 min.

Organic farm with sauna & fitness

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
