The suite has it's own entrance, kitchenette, and private bath with walk-in shower and toilet separate from the vanity. Suite is located on a secluded 3 and 1/2 acre wooded lot just 1.5 miles from I95. Location is 18 min from Historic Fredericksburg, 20 Min from Washington Ferry Farm, 35 min from Mount Vernon, and 41 min from the Pentagon. Easy access to Quantico.

Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.

The proximity of Javed’s place was fantastic! Very close to a ton of restaurants and stores, but more importantly to me, to downtown historic Fredericksburg. The home was very clean and comfortable and getting in and out by the keypad was super easy. It easily accommodated my family. The immediate neighborhood is a wee bit…tough? Coming from a bit of a rough inner city neighborhood myself, I wasn’t uncomfortable. I was a bit surprised at the amount of noise and activity from neighbors after 2am, though. Not a deal breaker, but just something to be aware of!

The townhome was perfect and met our needs. It was a quiet end-unit with a fenced in backyard that was perfect for us and our pets. Great place to take our dogs for a walk. The house itself was clean and comfortable. We felt at home instantly and appreciated the setup and amenities. Lastly, we appreciated the responsiveness of the host. All in all a great place to stay and a great host.

Elizabeth was accommodating when we asked if we could come a day earlier than planned. The home was nestled into the trees and there were deer in the yard when we got there. The apartment had everything we needed and more. She was thoughtful and stocked the fridge with water and the kitchen with popcorn and teas and coffee. The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed after a busy day in DC. Thank you Elizabeth, we’d love to stay again when we return.
