This cozy coastal cottage offers the ability to enjoy everything the Northern Neck has to offer including the reason we own it - Beach Days! No high rise hustle and bustle, just old school Northern Neck relaxation at the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. Unwind with books, games & toys or get out and do it all... The Hideaway at Mill Creek

We welcome 6 persons, however 4 adults max. Here you will find nestled in the woods atop a beautiful hill overlooking Mill Creek, a short distance from the Chesapeake Bay, an architect's home. With beautiful sunrises and sunsets, this hideaway gives you an escape from everyday life. Relax on the patio with a book, out on the water kayaking, fishing or crabbing off the dock or sitting watching the wildlife. You will never forget the views or the sight of the sailboats in for a rest from the bay.

Freshly painted cozy two Bedroom Cottage with a Sectional Sofa that has queen bed pull out. Screened Porch, Large Patio & Dock to enjoy views of the creek and wildlife. Great for a romantic getaway or vacation. Well-appointed kitchen. Dogs allowed (2 Max, under 70 pounds-must be notified first) an additional fee of $60 per dog. No third-party bookings. Just outside Kilmarnock, very close to White Stone and Irvington with a good variety of Restaurants, Wineries, Breweries a Cidery and shopping.

(Winter: Stargazer has a diesel heater and a woodstove but is not insulated. The cabin can be kept quite warm into the low 30's if these heaters are running. Nestled in the forest, on 35 acres is an ideal getaway for any small family. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are excellent dining options nearby. Beaches are close by with rental options and quaint shops in the picturesque nearby town. The 900 sq ft cottage has 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath and a tub. Downstairs is a family room, full kitchen, ½ bath, dining area, front screened porch and back deck overlooking the woods. The main house is owner occupied.
