The Hollywood Rest - Luxurious, peaceful get away

Teresa was very responsive with any questions we asked. She also was happy to provide suggestions on what to do around the area and during the stay. We had a small hiccup with the hot water and she was quickly able to help us. Extremely friendly. The place is cozy & comfy. The surroundings are breathtaking. Very private, quiet & beautiful. We had everything we needed for our 10-day stay. Would definitely visit again.

Gian and Karina are great hosts! So communicative, helpful and accommodating. Their place was immaculately clean and comfortable, and a perfect location for day trips into Dublin and into the Wicklow Mountains. My only regret is that we had so little time there.

Recharge in peaceful countryside.

Maryrose was pleasant to interact with and very helpful. She had kindly prepared some delicious scones and a loaf of brown bread for us and put out butter and jam as well. The mini fridge was stocked with water and other snacks, which we really appreciated. We had a very peaceful stay. I recommend it for short stays like ours (two nights) or if you'll be gone all day and just need somewhere to sleep since it's quite small. The garden is big and beautiful though. If it's sunny and warm you could sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Unfortunately, for us it wasn't.

River Lodge

Absolutely great stay all the way around. The building itself is very quiet, cozy and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Water was hot, bed was comfortable, wifi was strong, and the countryside view from the windows was phenomenal. Kitchen was well stocked, and made our 10 day stay very easy, as we had the choice to cook in as well as going out. As great as the place is, Amaya, the host, went above and beyond. She was very responsive to any questions I had, from specifics in the unit, to suggestions about how best to utilize the public transport and car parks. Amaya's responsiveness, clarity and assistance made our stay even better than it would have already been with the accommodations alone. I would highly recommend Amaya's listing to my closest friends and family.
