Our wooden cottage has been designed to be modern and functional. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Czerwony Domek is located in the village of Karwik on the edge of the Puszcza Piska Forest. Here on Lake Seksty, which forms the southern bay of Lake Śniardwy, the waters of the Great Masurian Lakes open up. The cottage is well suited for family stays, couples and groups of friends. A year-round, atmospheric home on the edge of the forest near the town of Karwica. NO PARTIES – Quiet hours at night. A garden with an 8-person wood-fired hot tub, a barbecue gazebo, and a fire pit. Peace and quiet – perfect for large families or groups of friends. Our home can accommodate up to 10 adults plus small children. We like dogs – and they like a large, fenced-in area. Here, you can: just relax, go for walks (forest), ride bikes, work (Wi-Fi, fiber optic internet). 1,500 meters to the lake.

Waterfront Paradise - lake, views, veranda (#2)

The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)

A 5-bedroom house for 10 people. A living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen. In the Barn there is a billiard room with a fireplace. The house has a very large wooden terrace with a Jacuzzi (open in the summer season), sun loungers, sofas and an outdoor dining room. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house. The barn is an allergy-friendly place, so we invite you to come without pets.

The house consists of 3 parts - one is occupied by the owners, two (each with a separate entrance and terrace) are intended for guests. There is a green area and a meadow around the house, where there is a gazebo with a barbecue set, a separate place for a bonfire, a wooden playground with a sandbox and a trampoline, as well as a hammock and deckchairs for resting.
