Gorgeous saltillo tile in the living areas with beautiful wood beam accents, and a kiva-style fireplace for cozy winter nights. The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. The pool is not heated but will be open and cleaned all year. Sorry no pets.

Whether it’s a 20 minute drive to White Sands National Park, a 15 minute drive into the Lincoln National Forest or a short walk to the oldest zoo in the southwest. Our cozy southwestern farmhouse is newly renovated with comfort and convenience in mind. It’s 1100 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

A spacious living area is highlighted by comfortable leather seating and large windows that allow natural light to fill the room. Decorative art pieces adorn the walls, and a rug adds warmth to the tiled floor. An entertainment center faces the seating area.
