Great location. Trout fishing on the river. Relax in our comfortable apartment on the river. One designated parking & a visitor parking. Enjoy golf at Innsbruck Golf, Helen's waterpark(is across the river in our back yard, open 10am- 6pm.) tubing, walking trails & walking to Main Steet in Helen less than a mile. Our cabin, with seasonal views of the Chestatee River, is 15 minutes from Dahlonega, 90' above the river with steps to the river. River swimming is great! There’s a 6 person spa with an outdoor fireplace, 2 propane grills - one at the river; one at the cabin and a charcoal grill at the river also. We have wifi, 2 televisions and Roku - no cable. There is a private bedroom, a semiprivate sleeping loft, 2 twin beds in the downstairs playroom (counted as 3d bedroom), 2 full baths, 2 half baths.

TLC is a comfy cottage on a private 6-acre lake 15 minutes from Helen, and very close to many vineyards and hiking trails. Paddle a Jon boat or paddleboards, fish, swim, relax on a large deck, walk, dine on the screened porch, grill, and enjoy the fire pit. Comfortable new sleeper sofa obtained in 2022. We are handicapped accessible, and pet friendly. Wifi and smart TV are provided as well as many DVD’s, books and games. No cable TV or satellite TV. A fun nature getaway!
