A very spacious kitchen with center island and granite counter tops is fully equipped. Cathedral ceilings enhance the interior spaces. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has ocean views. The guest bedrooms each have their bathrooms and enjoy garden views. You can enjoy sunning and snorkeling off the very secluded 7-mile long ocean front at your doorstep. This villa offers all the creature comforts in a uniquely private island setting. We would be happy to help you plan your trip to North Caicos and can assist with: - Recommendations for transportation from the PLS airport to the ferry which will take you on a short 30 minute ride to North Caicos. - Arranging stops for any specialty grocery or liquor store items you would like to bring you. - Recommendations for rental car on North Caicos - Activity and restaurant suggestions, such as boating, fishing, touring, biking There are several restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Enjoy the Friday Special BBQ at My Dee's, or the Wednesday afternoon Fish Fry at Ms. Bee's Restaurant, local music provided. Visit all of the beaches on North and Middle Caicos, including the spectacular Mudjin Harbour with food and drinks at the Mudjin Harbor Bar and Grill, Tour the Conch Bar Caves and Wades Green Plantation - or just sit and stare at the beautiful water and sky - and enjoy your picture-perfect piece of paradise at your villa. We highly recommend this cottage. It was just what we were after--steps from a beautiful beach, enough room for 2 couples, lots of light, airy and comfortable, well equipped kitchen, and a great screened-in porch with a view of the ocean. Regine provided a ton of information in advance about everything from how to get from Provo to North Caicos, to restaurants, where to buy groceries and rent kayaks. She met us at the ferry and was quickly responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue. It was pretty breezy while we were there and we had no issues with mosquitos or sand fleas. We bought groceries on Provo before getting on the ferry, and supplemented them during the week with what we could find in the small stores on North Caicos, which worked out well. North and Middle Caicos don't offer nightlife, high-end restaurants, or paragliding, but if you're looking for low-key relaxation, gorgeous uncrowded beaches, and friendly people, they're perfect!

Had the best stay in Turks! The beach is absolutely breathtaking—freaking beautiful, but with a lot of stones, so definitely wear crocs for swimming (haha, but still so much fun). The place is even more stunning than the pictures—seriously, it’s worth it. The host was amazing, always checking in to make sure we were okay and going above and beyond to help us with everything, like contacting a driver since we don’t have a license. The place is super clean, fresh, and the view is just perfect. Can’t recommend this spot enough! You won’t regret it istg ☀️🐚❤️❤️❤️

It was just absolutely the most perfect trip for our family. We like quiet, want to experience local culture, a little adventure but want to feel safe, etc. From the moment we booked, John was a wealth of information, helpful, accommodating, available, etc. We flew into Provo and stayed 1 night there. He gave us suggestions, got us in touch with a driver who was so accommodating (even with multiple travel plan changes), suggested grocery/liquor options. We ferried to North, picked up our rental car & headed to the house. The house is very spacious, bathrooms for each bedroom, beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, laundry, kayaks available, etc. My husband fly fished the flats out front each morning. We visited a different, amazing beach daily - not a soul on any of them. Spent a day with Captain D fishing - made many memories. Ate out a few times, cooked the rest. Truly - an amazing vacation. Love the area and would love to come back to John's place & visit North Caicos!
