It has two bedrooms and a living/ dining area, with a wood fire, sink, fridge, hot plate, electric frypan, slow cooker and microwave. There is a small shower room and separate toilet. It is on a farmlet with harbour views, 6km south of the city centre , one hundred metres up a driveway off State Highway One. This is a busy main road, so there can be road noise.
