You will stay in a cozy vacation home with one large bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a living room with open kitchen (oven and dishwasher) and dining area, all on the ground floor. The cottage is next to our farm and is located near the Drents Frisian forest, ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. During the summer you can make use of the swimming pool. Renting the spacious sauna, jacuzzi or hot tub for private use is recommended. Enjoy the stars or sometimes the Northern Lights!

Deze comfortabele vrijstaande vakantiewoning, met een flinke tuin met privacy, ligt in een heel rustig klein parkje (± 30 huisjes) in het prachtige landschap van De Friese Wouden, aan de rand van het dorpje Boijl (870 inw.). De zonnige tuin geeft privacy en beschikt over 2 terrassen. Vlakbij zijn de Drentse Koloniën van Weldadigheid (Unesco werelderfgoed) met fraaie dorpen als Frederiksoord (Museum De Proefkolonie). Je kunt er prachtig wandelen, fietsen en zwemmen in het Aekingermeer.

A wonderful holiday home directly on the river Tjonger. The ideal home from which to explore the surrounding area, the lakes and waterways. You can moore your rental boot on our jetty. Go fishing, swimming, sailing, cycling, golfing or go for walks in the countryside. Our house offers beautiful views over the river and the fields. If you need to do some work, we have a desk (height adjustable) with two monitors available in the largest bedroom. The energy label for our house is A+++.

Enjoy the view from the front house of this beautiful farmhouse. The front house is located on the Jabikspaad, where many hikers take their steps every year. In addition to the various walking routes and cycling routes, it is possible to travel by train from the nearby station in Wolvega. For water sports enthusiasts, Tjeukermeer can be reached in 15 minutes and Giethoorn in 20 minutes. Leeuwarden and Heerenveen are recommended in terms of culture and a visit to the Thialf Stadium.

Hiking trails are available from this farm, and you can dive into the woods. Giethoorn 12 km, Overijssel 10 meters and Drenthe 13 km. In short, the location is ideal for exploring the Netherlands! If you come for peace, you are in the right place! The house is full of comforts, and you have a large fenced garden at your disposal.
