It is surrounded by spacious green areas (covered by grass and trees), which makes it ideal for family vacations (especially for families with babies and infants). The house consists of a living/dining/kitchen area with 2 sofas that can transform into double beds, a bathroom and one bedroom.

Αυτόνομη θέρμανση, πέτρινο τζάκι, μίνι ψυγείο και ηλεκτρικό μάτι για ροφήματα. Η σοφίτα διαθέτει εμφανή ξύλινη οροφή. Δεν διαθέτει μπαλκόνι, αλλά υπάρχουν κοινόχρηστα μπαλκόνια και αυλή. Ξύλα για το τζάκι παρέχονται κατόπιν συνεννόησης. Ψήσιμο στο τζάκι δεν επιτρέπεται.
