Beachfront vacation rentals in Western Division

Malakati was an amazing experiance, we are three 19 year old girls and felt so welcome to their community - Everyone was so friendly and helpful and prepared the most amazing meals which was so interesting to learn about! We were included in lots of village events such as kindergarten presentations and even made a cake for mine and 2 other peoples brithdays and was sang to which was so surreal!! We definitely recommend and will definitely be returning! Vinaka Malakati !

A bit of confusion about the capacity of the room because of errors in the airbnb listing, but it was straightened out when we arrived. Basic accommodations, but good food, plenty to do, great snorkelling around the island, even an ice-cream (popsicle) stand almost next door. The friendliest people you could hope to meet!

This location is absolutely incredible. The private beach and direct access to an essentially private snorkeling reef and kayaking/swimming area was unbeatable. I wasn't quite sure from the photos and description what it would be like. The home is comfortable with three bedrooms. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Our younger children decided to sleep on the upstairs couches instead of downstairs. Ben is a very gracious host, and Abdul is a fabulous captain. We enjoyed a few hours at 7th Heaven and there is a snorkeling reef on the way where we were going to stop but it was too rough then. We stopped at the local market. Really just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. two things guests should be aware of is the drinking water must be bottled.only, and there is no dock. Ben and Abdul were very helpful with our things and I told the kids we were getting an authentic Fijian experience! I give 5 stars for this unique and beautiful location and hospitality

Jaigrat's place is nice & clean. It is actually right on water front for which I didn't realize until getting there. We had a nice stay there & actually extended an extra day. The initial Airbnb gps location was not right so that it took us a little while to get there. I reported it to Jaigrat & believe it's corrected now.

The Sekoula Lodge was the perfect island paradise. The beaches and snorkeling were fabulous right from the house, the grounds were tropical and immaculately maintained, and the large balcony overlooking the ocean was incredible. The whole place felt postcard perfect. The house itself had everything we wanted for a comfortable vacation. The layout was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. The host, Jenny, was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. She made several great recommendations including massages from Mere (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!) and going to see the spinner dolphins with Joji and Alisi. We had a fabulous time and will definitely return to Sekoula Lodge in the future.

Amazing place to stay would highly recommend. Evelyn and her family are so welcoming and make you feel right at home. Food is amazing the best food we had in Fiji!!

Our second time staying at Anne’s place because we loved it so much the first time! There was a new caretaker, Kove, who was very kind and helpful. Anne is great at communicating with us and is also very open to feedback and suggestions. We look forward to staying here again 😊

TAVEN Homestay was the best part of our trip to Fiji. This isn’t a resort—and that’s exactly why it’s so special. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, not just as guests, but as part of the family. The people here truly made the stay unforgettable—so kind, generous, and full of warmth. Every interaction felt sincere and personal. The food was so outstanding and plentiful! Each meal was a celebration of fresh, local ingredients, prepared with love and care by our amazing hosts. We were constantly amazed by the variety and flavour-the best meals we had in Fiji. No menus or fuss, just real, home-style cooking that was both comforting and exciting. TAVEN may not be a luxury resort, but it doesn’t need to be. The lack of AC and amenities is more than offset by its heart and connection to the people. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and full of meaning—the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an enriching Fijian experience.

Absolutely stunning location and away from all distractions. Access to an infinity pool with an incredible view made this place our favourite during our month in Fiji. The housekeeper, Saleshni, was extremely friendly and accommodating. She prepared two delicious meals, which we feasted on for 3 days. She also arranged a great snorkeling expedition for us for 3hrs from a nearby wharf (Ellington). A car is absolutely needed in this area to access shops for food. 5 stars to Saleshni for her hospitality.

Brian is a great host. Communicates well, was helpful and everything was as indicated. We seriously had the best apartment in the whole of Club Wyndham particularly with our 4 kids. The apartment will save you money by allowing you to eat in when you feel like it. You can buy what you need at a near by Supermarket or take meats (NOT PORK!) into Fiji. Room 4008 is perfect you can even mix your own cocktails in room as youre right on the pool and save $26 per drink! The sales pitch to join the club was a bit heavy handed in our view. But we managed it without having to part with $0000s. Other than that and with free kids club it was a great place to call home for 10 days!

We spent 5 nights at Worldmark/Wyndham Resort Denarau Island and it was so beautiful! It is on the strip of beach with lots of other lovely resorts and you are free to visit all resorts. The pool at Wydnham is beautiful and the sunset ceremonies were idillic! We had a pool side oceanfront one bedroom apartment and it was fully equipped and self-contained. Sanford was ever so friendly in correspondence and made the booking process very straight forward. He tried his best to give us the best apartment for our stay and succeeded! Thanks Sanford, and we will definitely be back!

Amazing views, fantastic pool, loved the taste of island life. The bikes were perfect for the 5 min ride to musket cove.Ima and Sarah were welcoming and responsive. The pool guy was very friendly and did a great job of keeping the pool looking great everyday. The house was perfect for our family group but does need some TLC around the kitchen and bathroom. But we had the most amazing time enjoying this beautiful place.

Overall the house was lovely and pool was beautiful. Unfortunately the air conditioner drained water which gathered right outside the front door. This meant having to walk through a pretty deep puddle of water every time we came and went anywhere. Over the days we were there mosquitoes and dead cockroachs gathered. Was also a major slip hazard. The house was advertised as having 2 sofa beds, there was only one and it was so uncomfortable my kids had to take turns at sleeping on the couch in the living room. The bathrooms particularly hadn't been clean. Gorgeous house and surrounding garden and pool. We would definitely come back if those small details were taken care of. Thank you for sharing.

Very clean and well-serviced apartment. Staff very attentive and friendly. Pool is nice. Close to the marina. Apartment had everything I needed

Yuki’s place was more than a regular AirBnB. It had a pool and was overlooking the golf course in the gated community very close walking distance to the marina. They offered to drive us anywhere and pick us up from the marina as much as we liked. There were other guests staying in other rooms too, but it added to the experience as we had so much fun, they even hosted all of us for a traditional Chinese hotpot dinner, and took us to see some local sights-we really felt like one big friendly family! Not to mention the free breakfast everyday too! Best AirBnB experience we have had, and if we ever make our way back to Fiji we will be staying with Yuki’s beautiful family. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed staying in the No Worries Bay. We definitely recommend it!

We stayed 4 days in a buro. Very peaceful. We snorkelled everyday . Visited village and introduced to the chief. We loved the place and definitely will come back . Host was extremely friendly and helpful, plenty of mango and papaya!!!! Recommendations to the future guests: 1. Bring insect repellent and sunscreen 2. Bring some snacks and drinks as no shops around 3. This is a village lifestyle no modern facilities ( toilet outside, no hot water , no aircon etc) - just enjoy natural living 4. Meals cooked 3 times on time mostly local food ( no much meat or fish) 5. If you love coffee- please bring with you just for any case

Maxine was a great host. This place is ideal for families and couples who want to be on the beach with not many people around, and keen to be self contained with cooking facilities. We had paid for dinner each night and was delicious and totally recommend it for any guests staying. It is mentioned by the host already, but this place runs on generators and tank water supply. If you’re happy to relax, swim, snorkel, kayak, read books from their extensive library, and comfortable with a bach approach you won’t be disappointed at all. We would happily recommend and will be keen to visit again in the future.

Was very convenient as we had an early transfer to the islands the next day. Bula bus was convenient to see island and you are right on the port amongst all the action. Was just what we wanted. There was a bit of noise from the restaurants below (Sat night) but didn’t impact us and wanted to be somewhere where we could walk to restaurants and ferry. Great stay

The highlight of our trip. Everything here was perfect: the people, the food, the music and we were so well taken care of. Such a beautiful location run by a beautiful family, cannot recommend enough.

We had a fantastic time in Nabukeru. The people there are incredibly warm and welcoming. The food was delicious, even though it was similar most of the days. Unfortunately, as a vegan, there wasn’t much to eat besides rice. It’s definitely not a luxurious place, but if you’re looking for an authentic experience in a Fijian village, you’ll have an amazing time here. Misi was a wonderful host—very helpful and always doing his best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. However, the main activities in the area, such as snorkeling, hiking, and visiting the caves, come at an small additional cost. The only sad part of our stay was the condition of the dogs on the island. Many were worryingly thin and had open wounds, which was heartbreaking to see. While we understand that the locals don’t have much, it was still upsetting to witness how the animals were treated. The most distressing moment was seeing someone from the island repeatedly hitting a dog with a coconut.

Vunadaka homestay was what we expected or even better because of friendly family running the place. Bungalow is very simple, island style ,like all other homestays in Yasawas. Beach is very good. Better than you can see in here. But, we miss the family allready so much. Best hosts ever. Thank you very very much for taking us to your home and daily Fijian life. Thank you for fishing and cave trips and driving us everywhere by boat. All the best to you Terry, Eddie and all the family.
