As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)

One bedroom cottage in Normans cove a fishing village just an hour outside of St. John's. Queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. One and a half bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen, living room, large decks with a barbecue and lounge furniture. It has all amenities, including cable, internet, and an eclectic collection of books. A wonderful Cabin on the sea. It is comfortable and private, high cielings, one bedroom, bathroom, and full size sitting/breakfast/kitchen room with a long sofa. You are 500 feet from the wharf which is the hub of this outport. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The CABIN is located next to the Barn, Bunky and Sibley Tent on the property.
