Pleasant quiet stay near the center, very responsive and friendly host A superb large bedroom, very comfortable with its relaxation lounge upstairs It would be nice to renovate the kitchen by changing the very old fridge and having at least a microwave if not an oven! We had a family weekend with 6 adults and 3 small children. A beautiful house with all the comforts! Beautifully cleaned, enough towels, enough tablecloths, there was really everything available to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Washing machine and dryer which is certainly ideal if you are staying with small children. If there was something, the contact person was also super easy to reach. We highly recommend it! Thanks for lending us your beautiful home, this felt like home for us those few days!

We spent three nights at the property and we enjoyed it very much. You felt at home and it was very cozy with the large cooking/dining area and the huge living room with fireplace, which we also used. Location was quiet and idyllic. Nevertheless, you were quickly in the center of Diksmuide or in Ostend to shop or do something. The only thing we were missing were keys to lock the toilet doors. All in all, I would book the place again. Just cozy!

We stayed for 4 days at the Manor: 8 adults, 4 teenagers and 3 grandchildren. Everyone quickly found their place because the place is incredibly welcoming! The outdoor spaces are full of small corners for activities: jacuzzi, petanque, BBQ, large tables, garden shed, brazier and so on are a real plus! The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, tastefully furnished! The bedding and sheets smell good, you sleep very, very well there! The different lounges are super beautiful, the pool table and darts occupy the largest pleasantly. And finally: the kitchen: visually, a step back in time but technically: impeccable. Plenty of dishes, all the equipment is there and the large stoves are super convenient for cooking for large families! Really, nothing missing! And François… a great host, discreet but ultra responsive when necessary! A 10/10 for us!

We had a very nice time at Johan & Lies' residence! Communication went very smoothly, the reception was friendly and the accommodation was great for a larger group of people! The location is perfectly in the middle, making it both within walking distance of the village of Oostduinkerke and the sea dike. Definitely recommended!

We were well provided with information from our questions before the trip. On the day of arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine and provided with good information. Thanks for🙏 The apartment was good and comfortable. There was a fireplace, clean beds, WiFi, smart TV and clean towels. The dishes were abundantly available and also many kitchen utensils. The Senseo machine was not ours, but we had a French press with us😉 A kettle would be very nice, as a small improvement👍 The beds were very comfortable and the temperatures were adjustable. The view was wonderful and you can see the sea all the time. The parking in front of the barrier at the supermarket (Dehaize) worked great and everything was super fast to reach. We thank you for the great and wonderful time and wish Sharon that she can maintain the quality🍀

Great apartment 50m from the beach! We were 2 couples and 2 babies and the accommodation was very well equipped for all of us, the different instructions are complete and very clear. Two beautiful terraces to soak up the sun at any time including one with sea views. The description matches the listing perfectly, we recommend it!

Stay for 4 for a long weekend! Very well furnished, modern and very comfortable apartment! The shower and bedding are great! The host is very available ☺️ The location is great, 30 seconds from the beach, a real plus! I recommend it and we'll be happy to go back. ☺️

Well-maintained, modernly furnished and clean apartment. Super located, 50 m from the shops, both for shopping and nutrition, nice and good resto nearby, 100 m from the beach and public (paying but very reasonable in price, e.g. multi-day card available) parking spaces nearby. Perfect for a weekend blowing out a sea and certainly repeatable. Contact with host was excellent, sent proactive messages, responded quickly to questions and was smooth with the arrival time, which was nice for us. Being able to put luggage inside, some items in the fridge and the weekend could start. Thank you Florentine!

Philip’s place was absolutely amazing. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Warm and cosy and walking distance to the town centre. We were personally greeted and shown around and given recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Be mindful that the accommodation is right on a cobblestone street and the cars can be noisy but it’s fine at night time. Will definitely be back. Thank you Philip!

Very beautiful and spacious villa, tastefully decorated, spacious rooms, large kitchen with lots of amenities, nice garden, toys for the kids, private parking, bikes can be in the garage, very quiet location and yet within walking distance of the beach and shops, good and fast communication with Marc ... in short definitely recommended!

We had a great stay with our family of 5 in Bart's house. Everything available for a top stay with children. The nice garden and quiet neighborhood were a mega plus. Everything close by. See you next time.

Beautiful accommodation, the sauna was fantastic. Spacious living room, the seating was great. Bathrooms were pleasant, everything was well maintained.

A great place for a family. Close to the town and all amenities. Great playroom for the kids and all the areas were well catered. Lots of stairs though if you are not keen on that. We had a lovely time with 2 families and 5 children under 11.

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The house is very nicely furnished, clean and well equipped – you can tell that someone has thought about making the stay as pleasant as possible for the guests. The location was also very good and quiet, so you could relax well. I would particularly like to highlight Chantal and Robert, who were extremely friendly, accommodating and easily accessible. A small complaint regarding the hygiene of the bedding was taken very seriously by Chantal and Robert and quickly and easily resolved on the same day – this shows how much value is placed on guest satisfaction here. The entire interaction was very professional and warm. We can therefore fully recommend the place and would come back any time!

What a nice and beautiful stay with Joeri. We did our best to find something that was not present in the home but that failed hopelessly. A weekend is actually too short to be there. Joeri is nice to communicate with and super attentive. Top was the flexibility in arrival and departure. Of course, this is not always possible. The six of you really don't get in each other's way, enough privacy. Beautiful large garden. This home is absolutely recommended!
