Great area, clean and great amenities.

Nice, clean, simple apartment. Yung was very friendly and responsive. Garage was a nice plus. Very conveniently located near the 405. Kitchen is small but functional. Bedroom is large enough to fit a travel crib. Room can get hot at night but there is a portable fan.

ivanka's directions to get inside were absolutely perfect and easy to follow and she was super responsive

The Airbnb was in a quiet, private street with easy access to the freeway. The outdoor, free street parking was clutch as I was able to park my car overnight right in front of the Airbnb. I never had trouble finding parking.

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

When I tell you that Smitha thought of everything, I mean she thought of everything. Every little thing! Extra beach towels, boards, floss, fresh fruits, extra blankets, a bidet, ice… Things that wouldn’t even think you’d need. The attention to small details is very clear. The space is cozy and clean. The yard area was a literal sanctuary to me. I would go out and sit by the fire pit at night and in the morning just taking the beauty in. I highly, highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful house, in a beautiful city.

My husband, son, & I enjoyed our stay very, very much. The location was amazing, nothing like being a block from the beautiful Hermosa Beach. This spot is perfect for a small group and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality Lafredo, we look forward to booking again soon.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was incredibly clean, airy, and beautifully maintained, it felt like a breath of fresh air the moment I walked in. The backyard was a true oasis, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and well kept, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was also conveniently located close to Calabasas, which made getting around super easy. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

The truth is, it's a great place. The house is very nice and has a garden with a barbecue and a very nice living room. If you're going to visit Los Angeles, it may not be the best location, but if you rent a car, you can easily get to wherever you want. It's a great option if you don't want to spend so much money on accommodation and you have a car to get around. Personally, I really liked it and appreciate the space and the place instead of staying in a mini space in LA or a more famous area for the same price.

The place is thoughtfully designed, peaceful, and pristine. The amenities were excellent including a nice heater in the bathroom to ensure a warm exit. Really enjoyed our stay here. It is more beautiful than the photos can capture.

I lived in LA 4 years. So needless to say that when I come back, I want to feel at home. Philipp’s place feels like a dream home you want to have when living in LA. Location is amazing, street is calm, it just feels right and I can’t wait to be back!

This is an adorable cottage in a convenient and quiet West Hollywood neighborhood. Checking in and checking out were extremely easy. The cottage also had everything you could need in terms of amenities.

We had a great stay at Valentin’s airbnb. The place looked just as the photos with plenty of supplies and supplies provided. We had brought our daughter and she loved playing with the toys provided for children. There was even a stroller if you needed it, but we had brought ours. It was a pleasant surprise. The AC/heater worked well and we felt peace of mind knowing the house was gated. We would stay here again!

We had a great week long stay in late May 2025. The unit was very clean and as pictured. Very well appointed and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Lots of towels. Off street parking. Felt very quiet, safe and private. Great location and safe to walk dog. Only thing lacking is having some outdoor space. The property consists of a small house in front, this cottage, then a large house being constructed behind (almost done), with a driveway running the length. Construction behind and on the property next door was fine, aside from not being pretty. Host was friendly and unobtrusive. We would stay here again.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

We cannot thank Caroline and Laurie enough! They have a beautiful property, but along with that, I ended up having to go to the ER for an emergency surgery, and they were so kind, patient, and helpful. The garden is absolutely beautiful!

Great place to rent, great host, very quiet and nice

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
