Hopkinton Mass 3+ Bedrooms - Great location!

This my home in which I am now an "empty-nester". I have 3 bedrooms available, each with a Queen bed, plus a room over the garage with 2 futons and a mattress. NOTE: I live here and will be home during your stay. You'll have access to a private bathroom and the rest of the house: kitchen, dining room, living room, etc. NO pets allowed My place is close to Boston, Worcester, Providence, state parks, etc. Good for singles, couples, business travelers and families. Great pool and hot tub!

Private Suite with separate entrance in Worcester

The suite allows maximum of two pets per reservation for $50 per a pet. Our guests privacy starts from check in to check out with private entrance. The living room has mini library for guests, a 65 inch smart TV with high speed Internet and complimentary YouTubeTV local channels. The suite has a mini kitchen with mini refrigerator, freezer, microwave, air fryer, and coffee maker. It also has stocked cabinet utensils, cleaning supplies, linen closet and electric pump air mattress if necessary.

Crossroads of New England - private room & bath

Location offers easy access to Boston (35 miles east), Worcester (10 miles west) and easy highway access to Cape Cod, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island. Wooded trails out back lead to 300+ acre pond and Westborough Charm Bracelet trails. Sunny south-facing bedroom with adjoining private bath. Train to Boston is a 1/2 mile walk. Note that the bed frame in the photo broke, and the mattress (brand new) is on the floor. Guests have said it is very comfortable but it is lower than the photo.

Just minutes away is Hopkinton State Park,large picnic and BBQ areas, fishing spots, scenic trails, and boat rentals. It’s only a short drive to I-495, I-90, Route 9, and Route 135. Boston’s vibrant downtown is just 40 minutes away by car, or you can drive about 15 minutes to the nearby commuter rail (Purple Line) station, with trains to Boston running every 30 minutes from 5:30 AM to midnight. Grocery shopping is a breeze with Stop & Shop just 10 minutes away and Walmart 15 minutes away.

Walk to restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. For your safety during Covid I keep 72 hours Between guests and have unit professionally cleaned!

The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 full bathroom, washer & dryer, big deck, and lots of parking space. Beautiful and comfortable, with everything you'd need for cooking and relaxing.
