Very comfortable and cozy apartment. Clean and well stocked. Convenience store located right outside the building. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall highly recommended.

Stayed for 2 weeks and felt so much at home and welcomed. Ma’am Tina and Kier were great hosts. Communications were great, both very responsive and would go out of their way to help. The place is exactly as described, it got all we need and also clean! We were also allowed to use the kitchen and do laundry on the main house. There were so many stores outside this listing like food stalls, coffee and tea pop-ups, water refilling station, pharmacy etc. Ma’am Tina would also send us food which I appreciate so much. I didn’t get to experience that before. Thanks so much Ma’am Tina, Kier and family for hosting us. Will definitely be back. I wish you all the best :)

We stayed from February to May, and the place delivered on every level. The unit is clean, well-designed, and has solid lighting—right for a couple. The 29th-floor view is seriously impressive, with city and bay sights that never got old. The location couldn't be better—right next to Waltermart, so everything you need is just a short walk away: groceries, food spots, cafes, and transport. Ador & Beng were reliable and professional—quick to respond whenever needed. We felt secure, comfortable, and settled in the entire time. Definitely recommend it for both short and extended stays.
