We highly recommend anyone coming in out of town to stay at this cottage. It’s super cozy, private, and welcoming! It’s right by the water and it’s very quiet which we loved. In addition, there are also some great under-the-radar coffee shops close by. If we come back to MA, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

I recently booked this lovely cottage on West Island in Massachusetts for a weekend getaway with my mother to celebrate her 80th birthday. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The cottage was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay. Greg is a gracious and considerate host. He provided helpful suggestions for nearby walks and accessible ways to enjoy the beach—especially thoughtful given my mother's limited mobility. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding. The neighborhood is residential and the neighbors we encountered were friendly and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this cottage again. It was a perfect setting for a special weekend.

My third stay at Gina and Steve's Beach House and I'm already looking forward to visiting it again. The house is welcoming and bright - the views of sky and sea surround you. As someone who is looking for peace and quiet - a place to unwind and recharge - it doesn't get better than this. The hosts are quick to respond on any questions!

Felicia's place was wonderful, well designed and felt very cozy. You pull right up to the front door that helps you avoid street parking on the narrow road. She prepared a lovely basket to welcome us to the home, with snacks and a bottle of prosecco to celebrate. I was very pleased with her communication and thoughtfulness; there is a ton of amenities in the home, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom and lots of recommendations for things to do. A beautiful space and person.
