Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alyse’s oasis at the top of the hill. The house is super clean and cozy and the backyard was a really nice treat. We enjoyed many outdoor dinners and shady work sessions. Would love to rent again!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a great, central location but very quiet. Niloo was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely return!

Jaiver was very kind and friendly and made sure our entire stay was comfortable for us! The house was decorated nicely and clean. He replies back very quickly if you have any questions. We felt just right at home and would definitely come back. :)

The most beautiful property I’ve ever been to!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay. Fallon was very responsive and accessible and made it seem we were at a hotel! It was a nice and affordable stay for the Cruel World festival.

Looks just like the listed photos and host was very responsive to all our needs! Great if you have a little one and need baby supplies.

Host was very communicative but not invasive. Felt right at home and has everything you would need, like staying at a friend’s house. Beds were great. Loved the front deck - so peaceful with comfortable furniture, lush greenery, and great view. Spent most of our time out there. One caveat, to get the great views in the middle of the city, you have to climb. We did not have a problem with it and we are not particularly young or super fit, but if you struggle with stairs at all, definitely not the place for you. And keep in mind that anything you bring (luggage, groceries, etc) will need to be taken up a single narrow staircase (roughly the height of 1.5 floors) so maybe not a good choice if you don’t travel light. We would stay again.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

I had a great stay at this lovely place in Los Angeles! The location is super convenient — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the comfortable bed — perfect after long days exploring the city. Wi-Fi was fast, and everything I needed was provided. I stayed at Robin & Cindy’s place for my birthday week and had an amazing time! Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was super smooth and easy. The location was perfect—just minutes from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I’d definitely recommend staying here and hope to book with Robin & Cindy again in the future.

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es hat die perfekte Lage um alle Ziele in LA zu erreichen. Der Garagenstellplatz ist sehr praktisch und man kann jederzeit ein und ausfahren. Das Hollywood-Sign sieht mehr sehr gut direkt aus der Wohnung, das ist definitiv ein Highlight. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

We had a great stay from start to finish. James was very responsive and communicated well. The apartment was so lovely and spacious. Very comfy beds, separate bathrooms, clean, well thought out and AC to keep us cool. Bonus having the pool on the roof, although we didn’t have time to use it. The apartment is in a great location - easy to walk to the main attractions or hop on a bus. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit LA.

Great place to stay for our Hollywood Bowl concert. Great views and very unique and quirky (in a good way) decor. The patio with LA views was amazing. Highly recommend.

The house was even more beautiful than in the photos. Kitchen and three bathrooms were all clean. Communication with the host was quick and flexible. Vala kindly allowed us to check in early and kept our luggage for a few extra hours after check-out, which was very helpful. In total, the price was reasonable for the space and location.

We had a wonderful stay at Selena’s house! The house was impeccably clean, with top-quality linens that made our nights extra comfortable. The host was proactive and thoughtful, reaching out in advance with helpful tips and making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The location is also a big plus, very strategic and well connected, which made exploring the area super easy. Highly recommended!

Laura was so kind when we met her briefly on one of the days. Oh, and when I tipsily went to the wrong address the first day and reached out about confusion getting in, she and Colin were so quick to respond and help me realize my mistake. The place is so cute and what my partner called “cottagecore”. We had everything we needed, and just staying in was a delight. But our favorite was making a daily walk to the nearby shops and restaurants. 💞 When we were packing for checkout, we were already talking about plans to come and stay here again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful two bedroom home. The house is thoughtfully stocked with every amenity you could think of including spices, utensils, coffee, tea, soft tissues, toiletries, towels, napkins, and more. Everything was so well prepared, it felt like home the moment we arrived.The interiors are beautifully decorated with lots of natural light throughout the space. The beds were incredibly comfortable with high quality duvets and linens, perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring. There’s even a touch of glamour in the design that made it feel extra special. The bathroom was very clean, spacious, and well-designed, with a great walk-in shower.The location is unbeatable. Just a quick 5 to 7 minute drive to amazing restaurants like Café Gratitude, Butcher’s Daughter, Pizzeria Sei, and Chaumont Vegan. 20 to 30 mins ride to all tourist spots. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also conveniently located. It’s a very safe and peaceful neighborhood!

Definitely recommended! - The place was pristine clean and new, all the amenities are in great conditions - microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, silverware, AC etc. - The bedroom is cozy and clean, the restroom was super clean. - Parking was easy, plenty of spaces right in front of the door. - Neighborhood is quite and felt safe, couple of great bunches right around the corner. - A minor thing: I couldn't use the airplay on the TV, I guess that's a security setting, which is understandable. - Overall 5 start recommendation, will come back if I ever visit LA again.
