Monthly Rentals in West End

We stayed at Sue‘s place for > 2 weeks, brand new to Australia, and looking for a long-term home for ourselves. Sue welcomed us with open arms and we felt home right away. The place is in the middle of West End, close to the buzzing Boundary Street, however hidden and quiet. No noise at all! It was hard to say goodbye. 100% recommend- we would always come back. Thank you so much for everything, Sue!

Thanks for a wonderful stay! Adrian's place is just far enough of the main streets to be quiet and peaceful, with a great balcony, clean, and modern. Well stocked kitchen if you like to cook, laundry, and fast Wi-Fi to make extended stays & a bit of work more comfortable. Close enough to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and attractions that you could easily stay without a car and not run out of things to do. Walkable around the West End and Southbank neighbourhoods and even into the CBD. Parking space was easy to access (steep entry could be an issue for those with low/sports cars) making this a good central stop to explore around Brisbane and as far as the Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast for day trips. Great for small families or small group of friends. I'll be keeping an eye on this place if I'm back in Brisbane.
