2022年全新完工，入住這間寬敞又安靜的房源，忘卻所有心中的煩惱。走路十分鐘就可以到大坑爬山，著名的老芋仔芋圓開車要3分鐘。許多美食餐廳步行不到十分鐘，如：三本茶舖、東山驛站甕缸雞、仙園海鮮會館、龍莊庭園美食、新月傳說景觀餐廳、陶莊客家創意料理、東山水岸餐廳……等。開車十分鐘可到台中日光溫泉會館，新社莊園休閒農場開車20分，東勢林場開車45分，谷關泡湯開車1個小時…等。歡迎家人出遊，三五好友一同來遊玩住宿。
