Lovely apartment and quiet community, good location, around 10mins drive from the busy area. Sam is very nice and friendly, tiny cleaning issue got fixed very quickly, don’t have much time to try the gym, but I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs to come to Dayton.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive to my messages on Airbnb. She was always available and checked on our stay! I would suggest maybe putting apt numbers on the doors. The place was very clean. She even had extra tissue and paper towels. She also had amenities like soap, shampoo, etc. it was very nice !!!!!! I would use her again….

We came to the area to bike the Great Miami Bike Trail, and to see the Giants at Aullwood. It was a perfect location for that as well as places to eat, and shopping. Tina’s house was cozy, clean and just right for us. The kitchen was fully ready to cook in too. We would stay again.
