Monthly Rentals in West Branch Delaware River

We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend, '25. Wanted a quiet getaway for the four of us: my wife and myself, plus our adult daughter and our high school aged daughter. This property delivered. Quiet mix of woodlands and farm. Babbling brook right outside the back door. And it was a short drive to Delhi, which was a lovely little town.

I like the space. Beautiful open interior of the living room, dining room, study, and the kitchen too... it's all flowing nicely. The front deck is just perfect to have your morning coffee surrounded with nature's beauty, birds sound and the river water sound... so peaceful and lovely! I'd definitely come back and recommend Kai's home to family and closest friends only. Thank you.

Our stay was amazing! The house is very nice, views from the terrace are incredible! The pond was a perfect spot for our dogs. The host is very responsive and nice. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!
