Spacious apartment in trendy district of Zurich

Cozy apartmant in cool neighborhood of Weidikon in the heart of Zurich. Perfect location for the city center and the lake. The area is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. Ask for recommendations :) The apartment has one room with doublebed and a comfortable sofa in the livingroom for some extra space (let us know if you need it) . Also a very spacious living room and dining room, coffee machine, toaster,dishwasher, washing and drying maschine, WiFi and smart TV. Also we provide towels.

Located in downtown Zurich within walking distance of the main train station and just next to tram stop "Stauffacher", including parking. Cozy studio with great city and lake connections

The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom with a double bed, and separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but as i love to cook, it's well equipped. There's also a balcony which gets sun from the early afternoon right through until sunset. The apartment is equipped with high speed fiber internet. Public transport connections are great - there's a tram stop 50 meters from the apartment. From there, it's 15 minutes to the central train station or lake, and 30 to the airport.

Perfekt Home at the city center

Centrally located in the trendy neighborhood of Zürich Wiedikon this apartment offers a perfect starting point for any activity in the city. Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. The city center can be reached within 10 minutes with the tram or by walking and the lake and other sights are within easy reach by public transport or by foot. Welcome home!

Romantic garden view, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Gorgeous flat in hip & vibrant area

In Zurich (Kreis 5), the area with the highest quality of urban life, in walking distance to the train station, the Landesmuseum, Old Town and the famous shopping street. The house is a listed building in a save neighbourhood. This is an apartment in the middle of the city. You can sometimes hear the trains entering the main station. Those who are sensitive to such noises should not choose this apartment. This apartment is on the 1ST FLOOR of the house (no elevator).

Lovely big room, 17 m2, with its own entrance and a large bathroom, 6 m2, with heated floor and shower. There is small fridge and boiler and electric blinds. Beautiful mahogany floor and designer furniture. DVD, TV and Internet and a small office desk. There is a double bed, that can turn into a sofa, plus a single bed. Internet access. Parking in front of the house depending on availability. This requires a day ticket (15 CHF).
