You and your guests enjoy full access to amenities: a beautiful, covered deck w/ hot tub & TV, charcoal grill w/ all supplies, sport court, fire pit, laundry & high speed Wi-Fi. Must have prior good reviews, 25+ yo & be in attendance. No pets, parties, smoking, children <5yo. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION POLICY!

Welcome to your riverfront ‘home away from home’ with low bank riverfront and a private beach area. The upscale cabin is located in the picturesque Shugart Flats community with plenty of privacy on a 3 acre property, and surrounded by nature with wildlife abound and in a newly established mosquito control area! Approximately 10 minutes from Lake Wenatchee and Plain or 30 minutes to Leavenworth or the Stevens Pass ski area. We can only accommodate 6 people, including kids and infants. STR#000732

The Beach House with hot tub is newly constructed, located on the Wenatchee River in Leavenworth, WA. The beach is a rare find with a swimming area in July & August. The cedar sided house has a beautiful patio and big fenced lawn with river view. Close access to the covered hot tub and BBQ. The interior is an open floor plan with river views, a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, & original artwork. There are 2 beds and 2 futons in the common area. We live close by.
