Great place, was perfect for us, we were visiting for a sporting carnival in Dubbo. Close to Apex fields and to the central of town. Cosy, warm and had everything we needed.

Was a fantastic, peaceful and relaxing weekend getaway. Close to molong and orange for quick trips to visit wineries/cafes. We thoroughly enjoyed snuggling up near the indoor fire/ outdoor fire and exploring the farm and what it has to offer. Great for our 2 year old daughter, toys, farm animals and lots of outside space.

Maintained the gardens and lawns immaculately. communications where clear and would have to be the cleanest,neatest BnB I have stayed in recently. our Ameeica. judge felt very at home and having 11 days I. it it was such better than a motel toom. We had a wonderful stay at Lana’s property. Absolutely stunning. The gardens were breathtaking. The beds were really comfortable and we felt right at home. Communication rechecking was easy. A small drive into town about 5 mins but we loved the privacy and the serenity. Highly recommended and would love to stay again. Thanks Lana, beautiful property.

My wife and I had such a great time on the farm stay, Mudgee is a beautiful place, definitely underrated! We did have issues towards the end of our stay where we had a burst pipe for the water caused by something unknown. This issue drained both water tanks and therefore we had no water however our host was extremely responsive and helpful, they had options available for us to stay at another location or partially refund us, they organised a handy man to come out the following day and he helped us with fixing a flat tyre too! A very unfortunate day of events however the host made sure we were assisted and ready to hit the road again. Very enjoyable stay, very nice location overall a solid 9/10 we would definitely come back!

My family and I recently stayed at Kel and Peter’s tiny home and we’re so grateful for the beautiful experience. We were going through a really tough time, and the warmth and kindness from Kel, Peter, their gorgeous cat Zali, and the horse River truly made a world of difference. The tiny home itself was immaculate. We brought along our 17-year-old dog, Jodie, and it was such a comfort to be able to include her in our stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the things we really appreciated was the ramp access, which made the home so much more accessible for my grandmother and Jodie, who both struggle with stairs. The property offers a proper country experience, peaceful and serene, yet only a short drive into town. A special thanks as well for the fresh eggs! We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in the Dubbo area. Thank you again, Kel and Peter, for your hospitality and generosity.
