Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. The cottage was built in 2018 and is incredibly cozy with unobstructed views of Mayo Beach and Wellfleet Harbor. It also has excellent privacy and high-end amenities. The house includes central heat and air conditioning in each bedroom as well as the living room. It has a modern kitchen with a beautiful dining nook.

There is an outdoor shower behind the guest house. Other amenities: a fireplace, a firepit, a gas grill, wifi, access to a private beach. There is off-street parking for two cars.

Our road leads to a private path (for residents and guests) directly to LeCount Hollow Beach (minutes away).
