Townhome vacation rentals in Weld County

As long as your expectations are realistic going in, you read the full property description and understand that this is a basement apartment in a “lived” in home then you will have a wonderful stay. The basement apartment is very large, up to date furnishings and very comfortable. I had a nice stay and would return again when in the area.

Joe’s place was very cozy, tastefully decorated and there was a lot of attention paid to detail as far as toiletries, amenities, cleanliness and comfort. I will be looking to book again.

We had a great stay! Hosts were wonderful and responsive and flexible with specific requests. We were very grateful for their flexibility and generosity. Place was great, clean and welcoming. Loved the little accommodations the hosts provided, such as snacks. It was a hot summer weekend and the AC unit worked AMAZING. The house was a perfect temperature.

The place was beautiful and as described and the location was perfect for us - very easy to get to where we needed to be in the Ft Collins area. There were a few minor issues and response was a bit slow but other than that everything was great. Would definitely stay here again

I am giving Stacy's condos a 5 out of 5 because it delivered on what was promised. I do think it was priced high. But I agreed to pay it so that's on me. The backyard space was a highlight and the grass was lush and green. Since we were renting 2 condos side by side and the weather was nice, we could move easily between the patios which was nice! It was very convenient to Walmart for a few grocery runs. The homes in the neighborhood improved when you walked or ran just a couple blocks over. The kitchens were very clean. My in-laws said that the beds were comfortable (my husband and I slept on the pull-out couch). We just needed somewhere to sleep and have some family time for 2 nights during my son's wedding festivities in Ft. Collins. This filled the bill. Thank you!

We came to the area to move daughter home from CSU and attend graduation. It was a bit outside of campus and activities, but we knew that. We had 6 adults staying, so at the maximum capacity. With 6 people, the one full bathroom was the only drawback. The apartment is nicely remodeled, location convenient to downtown Loveland restaurants.

5 stars! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very nice overall. We were in town for our daughter’s figure skating camp, and the location was super convenient. The home had everything we needed for a great stay. Stacy was super responsive and went above and beyond by providing helpful information about the area, including great places to go and things to do. We would definitely stay here again!

This was such a diamond in rut. We were nervous about staying there with my 5 year old son with autism as he can vocally stim throughout the day and we didn’t want to disrupt the neighbors. We got no complaints and feel the home was built very well! Home looks just like the photos, there was a welcome basket for us and even a brand new high chair with bibs for my 1 year old to use. SO much thought was put into this home. Very nice cleaning job as well you could see the vacuum marks on the couch cushions. 10/10 recommendation and will be staying there again in the future. Adding for oomph as well, there is a squeegee in the master bath shower which was fun to use lol

Luke has been the best host! He has the best communication and is very thorough with his responses. He is Avery well mannered individual and I would recommend his Airbnb to anyone I hold close. 12/10 If I could give a 6/5 stars I would

We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and comfortable- loved the yard for the visiting dog and kiddos. It was a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbor was friendly as well 🙂 Any needs we had were addressed quickly . Having everything on one level was great for my mom (82) and she had her own bathroom as well 👍

Beautiful house across from the lake in quiet neighborhood. The host (Elisabeth ) left detailed and helpful instructions as well as listing of local restaurant and other shopping. The house was well stocked and nicely decorated. Great experience and gracious host.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, very well located, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond, and truly empathetic. We asked for help with several things, and she always found a way to support us. We 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This is a fantastic spot! Linda was a fabulous host and the place was well-equipped, clean & quiet. The room was cozy, with a super comfortable bed and a cute little private porch. Immaculate private bathroom too. The condo complex has a pool, gym, and kids park, there are beautiful neighborhoods and trails around for walking. This Airbnb gets a 12/10. Thank you Linda!
