The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The apartment in the basement offers 50 square meters of living space for couples who want to be completely private. A king-size bed invites you to cuddle. A simple kitchen complements the lovingly designed ambiance. Under the canopy of old oaks lies your private outdoor area of around 100 square meters.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A real shepherd's wagon awaits you, which offers much more than it did to the shepherd back then. You can shower in a red wine barrel and at night you don't have to go out if you need to. Electricity and water are of course available. When it's warm, it's also worth visiting the swimming pool.

Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

It is a cottage on a farm in the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve, in the middle of the Leiningerland. In addition to our beautiful hut, we offer insight into our poultry and fish farming. The cabin is equipped with modern and tried-and-tested amenities. It has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, shower, TV, hot water and a wood-burning kitchen stove. From the terrace you can look out over the carp pond and have a spectacular view with great sunsets.
