This apartment is tip top, completely new and beautifully decorated. The hostess paid attention to special little details that make it really cozy. It was super clean and the kitchen very, very well and fully equipped. Highly recommended.

I spent a whole month at Benjamin's apartment. I felt very comfortable there - also as a passionate cyclist, because from Sandhausen you can cycle the whole Rhine-Neckar area well and on mostly quiet paths. Benjamin responded very quickly to questions. I'd love to come back!

Beautiful place to relax. We were directly enthusiastic about the location and fell in love with the place. Dominic and Chris are great hosts and we will definitely come back. The accommodation keeps what it promises from the first impression to the amenities, nothing is left to be desired. The reception Piccoli sparkling wine and sweet treats give the impression of appreciation. 🤩Exceptionally good kitchen equipment and the Bosch coffee machine also fulfills all the wishes of a 5-star product. Surprisingly, both coffee beans and dairy products were available. All other kitchen aids, such as equipment, salt, sugar, etc. were also available. The balcony invites you to linger. Everything very clean and in good condition. We will keep this accommodation in good memory and will be happy to book it again and again when the opportunity arises. Thank you 👍

Very nice place to stay, with good and fast access to the city or the stadium. The apartment was super equipped and check-in and out via the key box without problems.

Super nice apartment that makes you feel right at home. The location is top: quiet, family friendly and with a nice park nearby, ideal for walks or a little getaway. Shopping facilities are also within easy reach. Especially convenient: there is a private parking space, which makes getting there and everyday life very relaxed. Our personal highlight was the terrace – perfect to end the day in peace. We had a great time and would come back anytime

We really enjoyed our stay at Hansi and Astrid's place. There we had a nice apartment with a balcony and great views of the wild-romantic courtyard. The hosts were very friendly and the spontaneous pottery class with Astrid was very inspiring. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. I was very warmly received by Petra and she took a lot of time for my questions. This also led to very nice conversations. Although we were living together, so to speak, I had my privacy. Everything was very clean, the mattress was super comfortable, and the highlight was the rooftop swimming pool, which I had all to myself in the evening. The apartment is very centrally located and in 15 minutes you are in the city by tram or bus (Freiburger Straße - Bismarckplatz). We would also recommend the two point zero Hofcafe with delicious cake and drinks. Thank you, dear Petra, for the relaxing stay.
