It has a fenced-in backyard with large patio overlooking a park. Pet policy: Dogs (up to two dogs) are allowed with pet fee of $50 per stay. Cats are NOT allowed.

Welcome to my duplex I have named Warm and Friendly because that is how I feel every time I walk in the door. The bedroom upstairs has a king bed, and the larger room downstairs also has a king bed. The kitchen has full sized appliances with a table that will seat 4-6. I have an extra mattress for a person 5'6" and shorter, and lots of pillows and blankets. The loveseat in living room has a pull-out bed for a smaller person.
