Nestled in a secluded location approximately 900m from the nearest dwelling, access is via a dirt track and a couple of gates. It provides a secluded and quiet stay for families or small groups of 6 to get away from it all in comfort and luxury. Beautifully furnished with restored and vintage furniture and a carefully curated selection of artwork and treasures. For the winter months there is a cosy wood burning heater and an outdoor fire pit .

Fully self contained unit on rural acreage only 15 mins from centre of Tamworth. Off street parking. Located away from main residence so privacy ensured. Main bedroom has a walk in robe. Spacious lounge room. A double sofa bed. 65 inch smart TV in lounge with foxtel. Main bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV. All kitchen facilities and a BBQ. Sofa bed is fixed as of 31/3/24. Pets are not to be left unattended in cottage. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine and a couple of beers on arrival.
