We stayed at Kavitha's homestay for a night, and it was incredibly comfortable. The location is absolutely beautiful, nestled in the middle of a 35-acre coffee plantation, making it the perfect getaway if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. While you might not have a network connection, they offer a very stable internet connection. The nearest town is about 6 km away, so it's best to bring everything you need. We enjoyed delicious home-cooked meals for dinner and breakfast, and Kavitha and her family were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The place is located at nice remote location with just 1-2km from Vythiri main road. Stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Nice environment with clean Swimming. The caretaker Mr. Samad was very helpful and assisted us with whatever needed for us. Thank you for the great hospitality. Definitely recommended if you want a peaceful stay and lush environment. 😊

The place is really great with a nice view of the nature. Cottages are well maintained and the staff are very responsive.Food was tasty. All in all great place ti stay!

This is a piece of heaven, not an airbnb. I loved every single day of my stay here. Laiju and Namitha have been wonderful hosts to me and Elizabeth, the fabulous person who looked after the farm, cooked delicious food for me. I was able to fully rest as well as exploring the beautiful surroundings by walking. The warmth of people in the villages and neighbourhood is unexplainable with words. I cannot recommend this enough. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

Good Stay with good vibes

We had a really comfortable stay. The food and breakfast prepared was very good and the hosts were very polite and helpful. Beautiful stream inside the premises meant we woke up to beautiful views

Great place to stay, me and my friend had a great time. the care takers were also good and try to resolve most of our Needs. Food was good. long story short, no complaints about the place and would love to go there again with friends or family. If possible book both the rooms it give you good privacy as it will be only you in the property.

This is an amazing place! The room is most comfortable, has a magnificent view on the trees and hills and has an exclusive ambiance. The bed is nicely soft and while waking up by the sound of birds, there is a nice cool breeze. The decoration is stylish and the bathroom is clean, comfortable and large. Both the hosts are very friendly and nice company for conversation on all types of topics. At night they invited us to have a drink near the campfire which was most enjoyable and fun! It’s also a perfect place from which one can experience Wayanads wildparks. I would highly recommend to have an visit here.

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

The best part about this stay was the people. Roshin is a wonderful host who took care of every little detail and made us feel completely at home. The food was delicious and tailored to our preferences. Vinay and team was super friendly and went above and beyond, especially when we got stuck on a hilltop with a broken-down car. Can’t thank them enough for their help and all the great conversations! The place itself is a true escape. Surrounded by nature, with birds chirping and peaceful vibes, it felt like a wellness retreat. We stayed for five days and loved every moment. Roshin even took us around the farm, which was a lovely experience. The food was organic, healthy, and added to the whole calming vibe. Huge thanks to Vinay and Roshin for the amazing hospitality. This stay really helped us unwind, recharge, and reconnect with nature. Highly recommended!

My stay in the Attic was a surreal experience, the Dilip n Mahima were friendly, special thanks to Alvin and Hari who made sure I was well taken care of . Very clean and peaceful stay. It was a dream like Homestay. Special mention to the yummy breakfast Appam n stew. Would highly recommend this Homestay if you are looking for a good experience like holiday in Waynad. Looking forward to come back again.

Great Great Location!!!! We stayed for 5 days and what a great time we had!! Our dog was free on the whole property running around everywhere. Beautiful scenery and rains were just magical!! Only problem was Leeches as our dog constantly was getting bitten. But overall such a wonderful place. Roshin, the caretaker took such good care of us. 3 hours everyday to get food and make delicious flavours come out of that kitchen! We will DEFINITELY visit again.

First thing is that this place is for those people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the robotic city life.Spending a few days in the lush green village of Koleri which is rich in culture and tradition will inject a sense of calmess into your life.The host bijith is exceptional and caters to your every need.I enquired about renting a bicycle and the next day I was surprised to see a brand new one waiting in the porch for me. Value for money.Go for it.

A peaceful, serene property surrounded by the Brahmagiri hills. The property is kept extremely clean, and the staff on the property are friendly and helpful. A recommended getaway from the city!

We were a large family group with 3 teenagers and 1 child and stayed for one night only in the Bamboo Cottage. The property and facilities were exactly as advertised in the site. We really enjoyed the games amenities like the full sized badminton court, table tennis, carom board, darts etc. The property was safe and large enough for the child to play and run around. We had dinner and breakfast there. The traditional Kerala home cooked food was really well made and well served without any unnecessary fuss. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable and tastefully furnished. The garden is very well kept and has interesting varieties of local plants. One pleasant surprise was that the dormitory style bedroom downstairs, which can sleep 6 persons, had 3 separate bath and toilets attached to it. The hosts are polite and welcoming and quietly efficient without being intrusive. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Talking Trees was the perfect escape from our hectic work lives. We visited with our dog, who had an absolute blast exploring the property he was playful the entire time. The hosts were warm and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every meal was delicious, and the food exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, offering stunning views of the surrounding woods. Mornings by the river with our dog were a highlight peaceful and refreshing. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and memorable farm stay experience, exactly what we were hoping for.

it is a great villa located in peaceful area. The host Adish was extremely helpful and communicated very well. He can arrange almost everything you need for your trip in Wayanad, starting from travel arrangements to food arrangements. The caretaker Faarish was always available to help with anything. You'll also find most of the utensils you need available in the kitchen.

The place was nice and clean and was located in the heart of all the tourist place.

Harmony farm was wonderful, with the treehouse right in the middle of tea plantation and forest area. The location was secluded and quiet; and the room was neat and clean, with basic amenities. The two best parts of our stay were - 1. The food. Amazing authentic Kerala cuisine from Sanoop and Kochuthresia. We had such wholesome conversations with them and felt at home. Their hospitality, genuine concern and recommendations of places to go around was such a breath of fresh air. 2. Fireflies! As soon as the sun set, the forest area in the back lit up with fireflies which was just magical. Overall, we had an lovely time here and it was a weekend tucked away in peace and comfort. We were a family of 8 looking for a weekend getaway, and the moment we saw the listing for this place, we were all instantly convinced. The biggest reason — it was a Tharavad. All our ancestral Tharavads had either been demolished or sold by the previous generations, so the idea of staying in one again truly excited us. When we reached, we realized the property was even more beautiful than what we saw in the pictures. If you’re looking for luxury, fancy amenities, or the facilities of a resort or hotel — this may not be for you. But if you’re after an experience — a private, quiet, clean, and nostalgic stay that reminds you of old Kerala homes, this is perfect. We had an amazing time here and would definitely love to come back. If there’s one small suggestion I could make — I wish there were more traditional Kerala dishes available, like beef fry, appam, etc. But that wasn't a dealbreaker, as there were restaurants nearby where we could pick up what we wanted.
