The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

The house offers modern comfort with rustic charm, including billiards room, bar and gym. With 6 bedrooms and up to 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Due to the elevated location, there is almost guaranteed snow in winter and no extreme heat in summer.

The quietly located holiday home features a modern sauna and a hot tub in the garden. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is also available on the street. Bringing pets is permitted for an additional fee. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Please do not unplug the pellet stove. The Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. The interior of the house is step-free. Please observe local quiet hours: night-time quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
