Monthly Rentals in Wavell Heights

Stayed for 4 weeks while awaiting the completion of our apartment just up the street. Perfect location for us, very close to all your needs. Apartment is well equipped for a long stay and we found the neighbours quite pleasant and appreciated the secure car parking.

Judy and Tony’s place was perfectly suited to our needs. We we were there for 3 weeks while our daughter gave birth and we looked after our other granddaughter and generally helped out. Tony, our host was very friendly and helpful. We weren’t there much in the day but it was wonderful to return each night to such a peaceful and comfortable place where we could relax. Everything was clean and well equipped and the bed was wonderful. We are hoping to be able to stay again when we next visit.

Had a lovely stay. Apartment was perfect, spacious and comfortable, had everything we required for our time here. We chose this apartment as it was away from the busier parts of the city but still easy to get around. Ann met us at the door and showed us around and made us feel welcome. Ann went over and above by supplying some groceries to get us started. There was also a good supply of books and games available in the apartment. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who enjoys the quieter side of city life.

The location of the apartment was perfect for us, as we had things to be done both north and south of Brisbane. Local shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything you could need in the well appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, with a choice of pillows. The bathroom was excellent and very well laid out. While we did not use the outdoor area, it was a good size and had plenty of seating options. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend this apartment if you don’t want to be in the inner city. Our host, Clarence, was very positive and proactive with his communications and made it very easy to check in and out.
