Very nice apartment in a beautiful neighborhood under renovation, everything is within walking distance, Grand'Place, shops, restaurants, it has everything! In addition, Elodie and Etienne are super responsive and always pleasant, really perfect. I would recommend it in a second. Thank you!

I came for a few days for a competition, and the accommodation was super nice! I had a very good week and I had the company of an unexpected visitor (small black and white cat hanging around in the yard) that I really enjoyed :) Flexible on hours and very responsive for tips, great hosts!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment which has a perfect location. It is as described and as shown in the photos, it is really nice and clean and the linen provided is impeccable.

just back from a three nights stay, Stefaan is a very approachable person and can't do enough for you, he gives clear and concise information and nothing is too much trouble. The property is as described and extremely clean and tidy and sits in a residential and very peaceful area just outside Ypres and will take you 20 mins to walk to the centre and supermarkets are close by. Just down the road towards the centre is a steak house called De Kribbe which I would also recommend which opens Friday to Sunday. I would highly recommend this accommodation and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Aimee is a wonderful hostess, friendly and spontaneous. The residence is quietly located in a rural area. Wonderful to recover from all the hustle and bustle. We have been able to walk a lot and afterwards enjoy the cozy addresses at the local restaurants.

We had a great time! The house is impeccable, very clean, being allergic to dust I had no problems! Mini dishwasher very convenient to leave room for more time to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed was very comfortable... nothing to say! The jacuzzi is very well maintained and we relaxed well during our stay. The host is very welcoming and friendly! We'll be back! The kitchen

Highly recommended! Super beautiful house with fantastic facilities. Spacious kitchen with everything you need, large and clean bathroom, nice extras like pool table and jacuzzi. And on top of that, a beautiful domain. Xavier responded quickly and kindly to all questions and requests, and always helped where necessary! Great!

A perfect stay! We really enjoyed Arnaud's warm welcome and kindness, who despite our very late arrival, took the time to show us the house and make sure we had everything we needed. Her house is tastefully decorated. We were able to enjoy the outdoor lounge and garden. A big plus also for the provision of a crib for our baby. And all the little touches (chocolate squares with coffee, bathrobes, a stock of grocery products, cotton buds)… which made our stay even more enjoyable and easy. I'll remember the address for a future stay!

We stayed with our 2 teenage children for 4 nights in the Loft. We really enjoyed this place. The darts, soccer and pool table were a great added value. Communication with Lys went smoothly and she was very friendly and attentive. Supermarket Auchan and Valenciennes are within walking distance. The market on Saturday is recommended! In short, a wonderful spacious accommodation that I would definitely recommend!

Delphine's studio is very functional. The bed is on a mezzanine.

The accommodation is really charming, very well organized, convenient, the bedding is very comfortable,the small inner courtyard nice to drink your coffee quietly in the morning. Everything is well arranged, the kitchen is very well organized, very functional, there is everything you need. The bathroom is nice and well equipped. We had a great time with our 2 children and our 2 dogs. Thank you Vincent!
