Condo vacation rentals in Waterville Valley

We stayed at Karin’s condo while we attended a conference at Waterville Valley. The condo was perfect for a large group, the three full bathrooms made mornings a breeze. The open living/dining space with open kitchen made socializing with a large group so enjoyable. We will definitely book this condo again in the future for our events at WV!

Melinda is such a warm, friendly, and accommodating host and her home is outstanding! It is so immaculately clean, spacious, and beautiful. The furniture and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen has a great layout and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend staying at her place. I would love to stay again!

The bed was super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep, and the living room was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location was ideal—close to everything yet peaceful and private. The home was immaculately clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed for a hassle-free stay. A huge thank you to Joe for being a fantastic host! I really enjoyed staying at Christine’s place on the lake. The condo was clean and the view by the water was great. It was super easy to check in / out. Christine was always very responsive. I would definitely consider staying again.

The condo is compact but well designed and cozy. The backyard has a great view and we enjoyed watching the birds and chipmunks. The kitchen was decently stocked. Each area had its own thermostat/heater which was nice. Karen was always responsive and helpful.

The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and cozy living space for relaxing after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay, and I would definitely love to come back!

We loved this place! It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We love the new couch too (there was a smaller and different couch in the original listing pictures). Everything we wanted to do was close by which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We stayed here to celebrate my son’s 12th birthday and we had a great time. The community center was great for the kids and the condo was just as described. We had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend.

Great place and the whole experience couldn't be easier. Great little perks and hidden gems in the condo that makes it an awesome stay. We had two kids and they enjoyed all of it! Thanks for making it easy and providing such a good value for the money!

Jessie is a wonderful host! She was very easy to communicate with and the place was exactly as described. Check in and out is very easy. We had to extend a day due to a snowstorm and Jessie was really flexible and easy to work with. The kitchen was well stocked with basics (oil, spices, hot cocoa, coffee). The place overall is beautiful and was very clean. The bunk beds are extremely comfy! The view from the deck is gorgeous and the area is very convenient. In summer you can walk to town and the condo lounge. It’s a quick drive if not walkable weather. The one downside was the place is still in need is some renovations (some has been done and is gorgeous), so there was a minor water leak and the downstairs bed was really uncomfortable - but Jessie was really responsive and helpful about the leak. I’m sure renos will be done soon and that will be resolved. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

My family and I had an amazing weekend. Melissa was very responsive and flexible with checking in/out. Everything was clean, plenty of linens and towels, great location, comfy beds. 10/10. We can’t wait to be back!

Was a nice peaceful stay for the most part. The pools were nice to swim in although it seems not everyone seemed to want to follow the pool rules. Doesn't help that there were no lifeguards to ensure kids remained safe other than the parents. A few times I saw individuals in the pool water with either glass or an open drink in hand. Saw kids diving into the pool and even witnessed a few hurt themself. But other than that, the hot tub was so lovely to soak in. The arcade room was fun to play in. It was cool to see there was a lot to be able to do in the area for yourself. Definitely wish there was more to do in the area other than the classic tourists spots. A lot of beautiful spots to hike. We ended up checking out Diana's Bath and it was a gorgeous spot to watch cascading waterfalls or have a tiny dip. Would definitely check out this space again and maybe spend a few more days to truly appreciate the environment and mountains ^-^

Kitchen counter was not completely clean like they forgot the upper part. Could have been on over-site I know the owner has no control over this but keep in mind there is a unit above and while you cants hear any talking if anyone is heavy on their feet you hear that clearly. But we would still go back

Beautiful and clean studio. Well decorated and bed+linen were top notch. The bed was definitely the focus point of the room. Stunning. I recommend.

I can’t say enough positive things: The check in was easy, wonderful communication (even checked in after our first night just to make sure everything was copacetic!), the space was clean, homey, inviting and yet also felt…I don’t know quite how to describe it - cool? Set up was great, the art/aesthetic vibe, even the dishes in the kitchen - just cool. We have stayed at the same building a few times, but this took the cake! The pool and hot tub are always a welcome escape after a day on the mountain (we were skiing, but same for a summer hike) and my son and I had some marathon ping pong games in the great room. There is a small workout space, a pool table, foosball and the condo space was full of games/cards and such that also kept us occupied. They left some helpful instructions and tips on local fare (Gypsy Cafe!) and it was clear from the moment we arrived that Graham and Brent have both a lovely space and care about the folks staying there enjoying their time! Thank you!

We had a fantastic end-of-school family getaway. We come to Lincoln often and this is our new favorite place to stay. The location is great - an easy walk to the downtown businesses but at the quieter end of main street. Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed unit with comfortable seating and beds. Lots of sunlight. Great amenities - we really enjoyed the pool and both hot tubs as well as the community room with board games. Secure building with easy access to the unit. Friendly rental staff onsite. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay here, the condo was clean and host was easy to get a hold of. Probably the best location you can get for visiting the White mountains, centrally located in between Mt Washington and North Conway village. We highly recommend!
