Monthly Rentals in Watersound

We had a wonderful stay at Salt & Sand! The location was central, neighborhood was peaceful and also walking distance to the big chill and restaurants in the area. The townhome was well kept and had all the basics that we needed. Highly recommend this place to stay for families!

My family and I loved everything about this place! It was even more beautiful than the photos, and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was great and we loved riding the bikes and golf cart around, to the pool and the hangout spots nearby. There was so much to do within a short distance. The host was amazing! She kept in touch regularly, and I feel, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. I would recommend to anyone! And would definitely book again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ashley!

We had a great time at Kalos Dwelling! The property was perfect for our family. It is very clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The community and area was just what we were looking for. There are great dining options nearby as well as shopping and entertainment just across the street. I recommend going to Deer Lake State Park for beach days. The hosts were very communicative before and during our trip which I appreciated. I highly recommend staying at Kalos Dwelling.

We go to 30A regularly and this was our first time staying in this area. It will not be the last. This a great place and a great location. Steps away from The Big Chill, an amazing pool, and right by a state beach. The place itself was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and perfect for our family. We loved it and would recommend to all.
