Chester Private Home - 2 acres

AnaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is a spectacular property and the photos do not entirely do it justice. The interior is cozy and welcoming while also feeling very open and spacious. The flooring, bedding, and furniture were clean and pleasant. The home renovation was done thoughtfully and with careful attention to aesthetic and functional detail for comfort and joy in every aspect of the guest experience. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained and fun to explore. The fence effectively and safely allowed our dog do roam free, which added to the convenience and relaxation of the weekend. We eagerly look forward to returning!
A spacious outdoor seating area is composed of modern wicker furniture, including a sectional and a glass-top coffee table. The patio is laid with large stone tiles, and sliding glass doors provide access to the interior space, showcasing a connection to the lake views.

Amazing View Lake Retreat with kayak/pedalboat

DebbieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is the second time my husband and I booked with Alev. It was just as enjoyable and beautiful, even though the sun didn't come out as much as it did last time. Fishing was good, using the kayaks was fun, enjoyed nearby stores and restaurants, and it was good to catch up with Alev, all in all a great time!

If you’re looking for a nice getaway, Annika’s cottage is the perfect place for you! The interior is beautifully designed with high quality pieces, and our stay was extremely comfortable. Annika was communicative and provided helpful local recommendations. She provided us with delicious complimentary breakfast sourced from local farms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Don’t think twice and book your getaway!

Entire apartment/own entry in a quiet neighborhood

CraigRating, 5 stars1 day ago
The listing is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in part of a private home in a quiet suburban neighborhood. It has a separate entrance and off-street parking for 1 vehicle. All 3 rooms (bedroom/sitting room, kitchen and bathroom) are large and immaculate, and the queen size bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed a quiet stay at a very reasonable price in a location near highways that enabled us to visit family in nearby towns. We will definitely check availability for future visits to the area.
A spacious deck overlooks the tranquil lake, featuring a dining table with chairs and a cozy seating area. An umbrella provides shade while a grill is visible in the corner, enhancing the outdoor experience. Lush trees frame the view of the peaceful water.

Fireworks from the Porch!

We had a great stay at this beautiful lake house. It was clean, spacious and fully stocked with what we needed. Great view and hard to beat grilling by the lake. Would definitely come back!
A cozy living area is furnished with a dark sectional sofa and a glass coffee table positioned on a patterned rug. A wall-mounted television is visible, alongside a window that allows natural light to fill the space. An entrance leads to a bedroom beyond.

Great host very accommodating and great location.
A dock extends over the calm lake waters, with two individuals in orange and red kayaks, and one on a stand-up paddleboard. Lush green trees frame the scene, while sunlight reflects on the water's surface, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.

Lake in the Front, State Forest in the Back

CaylynRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a great time! It’s very cozy, quaint and quiet. There’s a very small driveway/parking spot which was very nice because there is not really a shoulder area to park, it’s a narrow road. The steps going up are chipped and we did trip and fall but they warn you about that on the listing, you just have to watch your step. Everything was very clean, no bugs, the beds were perfectly safe and they even had toys delivered for my toddler. The lake was not “unusable”, there was a temporary swimming ban due to a bloom of algae. There’s nothing you can do about Mother Nature but they warned us ahead of time. They’re so close to the Land of Make Believe which is a toddler amusement park. There are curtains in the bedrooms that give you privacy from the neighbors but the rest of the house doesn’t have curtains. The views were beautiful and we didn’t feel like we were being watched at all. It’s a cozy lake house and you’re there for the views and the water. I would book again!

Mountain Views • Hot Tub • Sauna • Seclusion

My wife and I only stayed for one night, but we instantly fell in love with this place. It’s beautifully designed with so much attention to detail—you can tell a lot of thought went into creating a relaxing, cozy atmosphere. The whole setting is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by nature. We spent the evening by the firepit, just listening to the sounds of the forest and looking up at the stars—it felt like we were miles away from everything. Later, we enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna—it was the perfect way to unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. The place was spotless, comfortable, and felt really special. We’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnbs, but this one really stood out. Hoping to come back again soon, and next time for longer!
