Private suite vacation rentals in Washington

This basement apartment was adorable and the hosts thought of everything to make this convenient. We never saw them, but it was nice knowing they were upstairs. Yes, occasional footsteps due it being an older but remodeled home, but not the least disturbing. Thank you to Lauren for all the attention to detail. Bed was very comfortable too!

Stacey's guest house was perfect! It exceeded expectations. Stacey is a great host. Her place is very clean, very comfortable, very close to Washington DC, and the neighborhood is fantastic. Everything was great. Love the fact that it was only a 10min drive to the pool where my water polo tournament was held. I got lucky almost every night with parking, which was in front. One day I had to park around the corner but it wasn’t a far walk at all. They gave me places to eat and drink which worked out when I met an HS friend. Communication was great. Every other day or so they would check on me to see if I needed something, not in person but through messages. Which was great. Tv was loaded with apps, all you needed was you sign in info. Will totally rent from them again.

Joel was very communicative. I was on a work related trip so I certainly appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out. Had I been on a leisure trip with friends, the fun decor would have made for a great time. I appreciate the space being available and clean with the last minute booking!

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at Autumn's place. The neighborhood was beautiful and we enjoyed being able to walk to daily mass at the neighborhood Catholic Church, which was a real treat for us! Autumn was very responsive and accommodating to all of our questions and requests. We had groceries delivered to make breakfast a few mornings and that was really nice. Her place has all the amenities we needed for our stay. Finally, this was the easiest checkout experience we've ever had using AirBnB!

Great residential area close to many restaurants/shops. Melissa gave great recommendations on where to go. The space was exceedingly well-equipped. It was a treat after a long travel day to have chilled sparkling water in the fridge and snacks on the counter. A well-stocked Keurig was also so nice to have. Melissa was responsive, helpful, and very accommodating. Very happy with our stay.

The apartment was just as shown in the photos and was very well equipped. Tony provided everything I could possibly need for my stay in Washington. The neighborhood is truly lively, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The best part: the metro station is just three blocks away. Tony responded promptly to my requests, which were actually very few. The stairs and the upstairs floor could be a bit noisy at times, but only briefly and early in the day. Tony is very kind, and now that I’ve discovered the NoMa neighborhood, I would definitely stay at his place again without hesitation.

Absolutely amazing! I've stayed here twice and both times ive been impressed. Easy access to restaurants and to a metro station to get into DC. Will stay here over and over again.

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

This Airbnb is aesthetic, cozy, and easy to find. My honey and I loved staying here. The space was beautiful and conveniently located. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. The neighborhood is lovely and safe. Antonio was very prompt with responses. We would definitely recommend this stay and would come back again without a second thought.

Evans place was just terrific for our needs. It was clean and bright. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked. The bathroom was clean, well lit, equipped with switch for extra warm air, and the shower had great pressure. The sheets and bedding were pretty and soft. The outside lighting was good, and the area felt safe. Evans was helpful, responsive and friendly. We will definitely come back again. Thanks Evans!

Nolon’s place was very quiet, clean, comfortable, and best of all walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and bars, as well as the metro and bus lines. It made it super easy to get a bite to eat, a beer, or go see the monuments and museums near the mall. Nolan was super responsive to any questions and had plenty of suggestions for things to do and places to eat, so it was an overall great experience! I’d say there again!

Had a wonderful 6 night stay at this restful Airbnb during Conference visit. Excellent location within walking distance to fun restaurants, Convention Center, & local sights. Cozy living space, comfy bed, everything as pictured — all within a historic, tree-lined neighborhood. Michael is an exceptional host, very responsive, friendly, quick to reply to questions, and can offer great suggestions for places to go for sightseeing, dining, etc. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend!

My stay here was great and comfortable. Yohanes was extremely accommodating. The upstairs unit shared hvac w. Basement unit and the guest didn’t like that I had it toasty so Yohanes brought by a space heater to keep both places comfortable. Parking was good too & he made sure we had a permit.

We spent majority of our time exploring D.C! So after a long day of walking and commuting, it was such a relief to return to this air bnb and relax. It is located just a few minutes from a variety of places to eat and the metro, making it very accessible. It was cozy and clean, perfect for 2-3 people. We had a great time! We hope to return one day.

Really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and Kristen was kind and easy to communicate with. Taking an evening dip in the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing — such a perfect way to relax. Would happily stay again!
